I'm french and i can tell you that women can wear the hijab in the street. They cannot wear it in school thought. Because France is a secular country. A woman shouting free palestine will not get arrested if she does not use violence.

For me, it's wrong to force someone to wear a hijab or not to wear hijab. Iran's problem is forcing women to wear hijab. Tajikistan's problem is forcing women not to wear hijab.
Shiasim is another problem that causes Iranians to become Christians. 12 imams vs 12 apostles. Worshipping Ali vs worshipping Isa (as). Worshipping graves vs worshipping statues of Isa (as).
There are people who subscribe to the nude camp under the logic that it is only natural we should dress in our birthday suits. Do you think they should be free to move around stark naked since it is their choice and dictating a dress code would mean taking away their rights on how to dress?

i live in iran and i became suni in the age of 16. about 10 to 20 percent of iran is suni and every thing is good But the problem is more than 30 percent of iran are not muslims and to force hijab on a non muslim will have these kinds of results.

There is no actual figures in Iran. every figure is government controlled, so you have to just see at Streets. For example, when you walk into street 1 in 3 is Muslim. That's how we know because there are no official figures that is outside the goverment.

Religion cannot be forced on anyone, it can only be practiced if it comes from one’s heart. In the west Muslim girls are not forced to Wear hijab, but you’ll find majority of them do eventually.

You are right and wrong in a sense. Keep in mind, if you are not a Muslim, you cannot be made to adhere to sharia, other than what Allah has prescribed. On the other hand, if you are a practicing Muslim who lives in a country that implements Allah's laws, you are accountable. I think we need to rephrase some language (not specifically you, but generally). Not saying that anything in particular you said was wrong, I just think we need to make it clear that Islam is something to be practiced and if someone rebels, they are put in their place.
Iranian sisters have the highest presence in every sector of Iran but the western media shows the opposite. Iranian sisters wear hijab with pride of their own volition. There are many sisters who are against it and the western media show as it large. May Allah give hidaya thos sister who is against hijab.

In iran, we had a western backed dictatorship that forced 70 years of secularism and forcefully removed hijab, so the Islamic revolution happened after 70 years of solid Liberal regime in iran. So many young girls don't know about Islam, and they don't know the reality of the Western world. In iran, the US tried to create another Turkey, but they didn't succeed due to the majority of muslims. However, there are sizeable minority of Liberal minded people living in the few big cities that they think if you are naked it means you are developed and free.

A white woman can go do porn, drugs, have babies out of wedlock, go to prison, whatever but because she is aligned with Eurocentric standards of beauty, she won't face the same social consequence as a person of color. There'll always be some sad guy who is willing to overlook her past and still want to marry her. But if you happen to be not be White or align with the standards of desirability, that same past that wouldn't affect a White person will become permanent dealbreakers for you.

However, the Hadith which is in 'Sihah Sitta' including in the ONE of the TWI MOST AUTHENTIC Books of Hadiths AFTER QURAN i.e. "SAHIH MUSLIM" (& apart from Muslim, also in 'Tirmidhi', 'Nisai' & probably, also in 'Abu Daud') with authenticity ranging from "Saheeh" to "Hasan" and, ABOVE ALL, is a "MUTAWATIR" Hadith (mentioned through DIFFERENT CHAINS & MANY NARRATORS i.e. SAHABA) is the Hadith (with a context that it was narrated on returning from first & last Haj of Prophet S.A.W.W, just a couple of months before His death is) known as "Hadith us Thaqelain" in which he regarded that I'm leaving behind u two things ; 'Quran' & "Ahl-ul-Bayt A.S" while, even in some different versions of this narrations he also ordered "obeying" and following "BOTH" of these when the Prophet's S.A.W.W words were like "If u HOLD to 'BOTH' of THESE steadfastly, u WON'T go ASTRAY"!!!!!

When you watch street walks of Iran you can see young women don't wear the hijab much anymore.

You do know the women you see rioting against Islam in these videos are all "sunni" Kurdish separatists paid by IDF/US right? They are almost never from a Shia Muslim family. All of those riots are either from Kurdish separatists family or atheist family.

I get confused when people uses term shia or sunni. I never call myself sunni. I am a muslim who follows the Quran and Sunnah hadith( thrimidi, bukhari and so on) Even if that means sunni please do not call it like that or me.

Hijab in Iran is just like decency laws in any other countries. They all enforce some version of covering based on their own customs. If Iran didn't enforce hijab it would allow women to compete with each other in beauty. As a shia I say dear sister may God bless you and your family eternally however for that to happen only thing that is required by Allah almighty from you is fairness and justice. When in court when a case comes between 2 or more parties and the judge just listens to one party and refuses to listen to the other party would you consider that a fair judgement? All things considered I would agree with you that the shia organised clergy is illegitimate as the founding books of our shia religion which is the commandments of God, the Holy Prophet (SAWW) and the Ulil - Amr specified by the prophet does leave no room for organised clergy. However I would recommend for an easy step in research for a little fairness that you download a pdf of the book renamed the right path (original name was Al- Murajaat meaning the collection) it is a collection of an exchange of letters initiated by a sunni Alim Chancellor of the Al- Azhar university in cairo and a shia Alim from lebanon you'll get a rough idea of the difference and commonalities of our sects.

@@Dattebayo04 no, rich American land owners didn’t want to pay taxes hence the so called American revolution. Everybody is forced to pay taxes today, even in the most liberal western country, dress code is enforced. Meaning the state has the power of coercion.
