I made this tonight! It was very fast and good. I used 4 canned Italian (Roma) tomatoes and blended along with the sauteed onions. Omitted gole lal mirch. Sautéed the chicken on medium high so it could be nice and browned, then reduced heat. I covered with a lid so the steam could soften the chicken. Added 1 tsp shan chicken masala to balance flavor. Didn’t add capsicum done in half an hour and everyone liked it.

You are so 100% Right Just for Publicity Stunt the dish is refered to as "Hunzai Chicken Karahi" while I Never had Chicken Karahi in my visit to Hunza in April 2022. There No Dish like this Exists there.
