Girl my husband eat the brown stuff and skin. That would make me barf if I had to eat it. I’m happy you showed this. This will be my first time cooking this and no one else showed how to do this. I didn’t know skin would be on it. I don’t normally eat canned meat or can goods. I remember my aunt use to make this as a kid and my husband been asking for croquettes for the last 5 years. What’s a egg substitute
I would try mustard as a binder instead of egg. A little goes a long way, so just don’t over do it. Let me know how it turns out!
