Did the lady play basketball when she was in school? I've noticed that she's usually suggesting adding a basketball goal in almost every driveway 😂

The home needs better staging for more appeal. The home itself is Beautiful. While a buyer is definitely looking for structure and space, that WOW factor of even one staged room can really sell a house. Better staging here.

Do NOT bring the craft area back to another bedroom It is the best room I. The otherwise generic house.
