What did I just watch

Sorry, but the woman is terrible at showing houses. She mumbles in a mousy voice with her back turned while she’s walking away, she doesn’t seem to know much at all about the property, and didn’t convey any information that potential buyers would be interested in.

My goodness, this house was so thoughtfully updated… I shed a tear when I see old houses gutted, and turned into modern open one room places. I love it when there are actual rooms and studies are showing in our country that people are moving back into rooms that have walls… Open floor plan is not nearly as popular anymore… Thank God! My personal opinion… This home is ridiculously beautiful…

Gorgeous house but I'm in agreement with some of the other comments. In addition there is an issue with the volume, low (my volume was set at 26) to silence, to mumbling. One correct you might want to be aware of that is not a Jack and Jill bathroom. That's a shared bathroom. A J & J bathroom is a combination of two half-baths with a shower or tub in-between. Where you can close off one of the half baths so that one person can close off the shower from either side to have a complete bathroom and a half-bathroom. Thanks for sharing.

I was out when you said it’s a 100 yr. Old House! And the three rooms I saw are just arranged all wrong for me & that Kitchen is a big NO, too small & still very outdated, that’s when I left, no need to see any more. And you need to learn to focus on what your wife is talking about instead of wandering around doing your own thing, it’s very annoying.

The first travertine floor looked stained and dirty. Nice home but needs some serious updating, but has outstanding millwork.

Clearly not prepared to show the HOUSE in a professional way; it seems a walk-thru a buyer will experience. The none stop commenting of the space was irrelevant; we can see it. Please, prepare better next time; check other videos as a reference.

Wow, the kitchen is such a mess...... too small kitchen sink, the decorative tile behind the range looks too high, cantilevered stone countertop looks very odd. You can tell these are premade cabinets not custom. This design was popular in the 90's?? If ever popular. the corner appliance cabinet with the small door is so dated and unusable.

She is a horrible realtor.. how many times does she say so pretty. So…European. He tried to draw her attention . How about better details. I like him better than she. The room next to the kitchen is not a walk in pantry… it is a pantry!

Such a beautiful lady, but this video is very disappointing. Due to the lack of showing more details of the house. The camera stayed on her every move instead of the home. I can’t tell how great the house is. But appreciate her tips on decorating.

Love the separate rooms, but I would swap the dining room into another space. It is weird to have to walk through the formal dining room to access the rest of the home, and there are a couple of other places where a dining room could be appropriate. ❤

I had assumed that any home in Buckhead would be above $2M and certainly something this so well-refined.

That's a good idea but that's a lot to take care of physically and financially. Lots of cleaning. I guess they'd hire cleaners
