Love this one! Especially that portico entry. Wasn't sure if it would feel cramped given it's location in the subdivsion, but it doesn't at all. I still think I'd prefer one of the unreleased lots on Sheridan, but this one is just so nice. Great tour!

I had assumed that any home in Buckhead would be above $2M and certainly something this so well-refined.

Oh yes! It is beautiful! There is an HOA that covers grounds maintenance, a reserve fund, and trash pickup. Currently listed at $288 monthly dues.
