      Gobby journalist wandering around the workshop with no PPE, shooting a video of a bloke who's welding with no gloves....what could possibly go wrong...

    Gotta say man that's absolutely awesome to see the bike being built from scratch. Absolutely awesome.
    I live how much Orange went through all the same process too
    Amazing bikes!

    Orange frames are such a bargain when you look at the work that goes in to them.

    So good to see when 90% of the world's bikes are made in China/Taiwan/Thailand. I've always wanted an Orange bike - must save up harder!

      Try routing the brake and gear hoses through the swing arm, you'll discover swear words you didn't know you knew.

    I was told that there is a clear lacquer coat put on ATER the decals, to protect the decals. That clearly didn't happen to that Stage 6...

    • @MrChatelherault
      @MrChatelherault 3 года назад +2

      That’s doesn’t happen. The decals are designed to be removed and replaced. Hence you can buy them on the site.

    Nice bikes… back in 2000!
    How can the huge price tag be justified on a basic single pivot bike?
    Harsh suspension, massive chain tension, and horrible brake jack! Here’s how to make it work… ad a link to the shock for sensitivity, dual chains, main drive running off the pivot. And a god old floating brake arm.
