Gobby journalist wandering around the workshop with no PPE, shooting a video of a bloke who's welding with no gloves....what could possibly go wrong...
Gotta say man that's absolutely awesome to see the bike being built from scratch. Absolutely awesome. I live how much Orange went through all the same process too Amazing bikes!
Nice bikes… back in 2000! How can the huge price tag be justified on a basic single pivot bike? Harsh suspension, massive chain tension, and horrible brake jack! Here’s how to make it work… ad a link to the shock for sensitivity, dual chains, main drive running off the pivot. And a god old floating brake arm.
See you in another year when this gets on recommended again
The h and s looks diabolical at this place. Proper British manufacturing 👍

I have a 2018 Whyte 603 hardtail and it's indestructible
bad luck.......
What do you mean bad luck it's amazing! 😮
That’s an xc bike?
It might be but Im pretty sure it's just a short travel entry level hardtail.
Not buying an orange bike until I help make it myself
Orange frames are such a bargain when you look at the work that goes in to them.
Im surprised how inexpensive they are.
what a great video...
So good to see when 90% of the world's bikes are made in China/Taiwan/Thailand. I've always wanted an Orange bike - must save up harder!
I wanna see them route the dropper post cable. Its a real PITA
Try routing the brake and gear hoses through the swing arm, you'll discover swear words you didn't know you knew.
I was told that there is a clear lacquer coat put on ATER the decals, to protect the decals. That clearly didn't happen to that Stage 6...
That’s doesn’t happen. The decals are designed to be removed and replaced. Hence you can buy them on the site.
