This explains why the front of my calves were so bruised after surgery! Thanks for posting this video! I had my surgery last week, Aug 24th. So far so good. I've posted a couple videos in hopes sharing my story can help others as well.
@@Thefantasybookwarriorwell after years of pain and multiple visits to the emergency room where they thought I was a hypochondriac getting one diagnosis after another and prescribed narcotics and sent on my merry way, I found a dr who finally figured out what was wrong. I have pudendal nueroproxia which is permanent nerve damage from this surgery. The surgeon went too close with the canula and after repeatedly telling him something was wrong and told my sciatica my groin pain my nerve shocks were part of recovery it was not. Honestly I would take the pain from a torn labrum verses the years of suffering and now having to take gabapentin for the rest of my life.
@@matthewaleung it was never explained to me that this was a side effect. As a matter of fact nothing was explained to me especially my permanent nerve damage from this surgery.

Be getting this done in December, I know what to aspect now.
Hope all went well 👍
Prior to my surgery, my dr positioned me on the table while I was still awake. Maybe helpful for your patients in the future.
@2:02 the body falls off the table 😂
Considering this is a hip arthroscopy procedure, what effects does bandaging the feet and lower leg do does it stop the blood flow ?
Damn! No wonder my thigh hurts!
Does it make any difference if it is anterior or posterior labrum tear?
No it does not.
