It is finally working but that was the first thing I tried and still didn't work doing that 4 times for 2 hours and then just started working on both accounts at the same time...it's not an account issue when I'm running multiple consoles multiple accounts

Way to Fix: Restart your console or PC, Or…. Exit out of the game and log back in.
