@@theconnoisseur4737 I don't think so. If he does the pulley swap he will win at the strip. Mopar is a little different than the other 2. Mopar has more torque down low, a lot of times you could put a ford dyno up that hits say 500 toque. But the mopar makes 485, you think well the ford should pull better, that's not always the case. Most of the time if you lay the mopar graph on top the mopar gets the torque early and holds it the whole way through, say at 2500 it's laying down 425 and then Increase to 485 where ford is a gradual incline say at 2500 it has 285 torque and looks more like the hp curve. It's not just weight and hp. That's why 75% of the NHRA uses mopars.
I been in the D.C. area for years, traffic is horrible and every other car will cut you off, then give you the bird, it's Crazy man

I live in New Jersey there is none here and that is the north. There’s none in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Delaware, Oregon, New Hampshire, Vermont,. That’s what I’m talking about. Majority of their chain is in the south.

does taking the air filter housing out serve any benefits
It allows more flow, but not sure how much. I am careful to make sure temps don’t go up so in the winter it’s not as bad
Fairly new to the channel, and I got my redeye a few months back. I have never built a motor and I am not sure I want to at this point. I have a few questions if you don’t mind, where can I research E85 for my redeye? I see a lot of guys talking about it and want to know the good and bad, how it works, what mods do you have to do, etc. I am not going to race my car on a track, may have a little street fun at times and want to do some basic upgrades such as full exhaust and better tires. What other mods do you recommend for the redeye if I am not using it as a daily driver and want to keep it basically as a show car? I am new to this hobby, and want to make sure I get the best mods for the money. Thanks for all the information. Enjoying the channel!

Real GT500s have 5.4s and 5.8s the new one is a joke although it makes more power the 5.2 is not to be Mistaken for the unbelievable torque that the 5.4 and the 5.8 make ... the ford gt heads separate the REAL GT500s from the new 2020 ... the 13/14 will always be king and the 07/09 will be dominate (to those that want the 4 digit horsepower ..... stock ??? Then you could argue 2020 is the way to go ....
And before anyone slaps me back with engine size yes there are bigger motors but these motors have heads from the ford GT that’s what separates this car from regular mustangs ... and 4 camshafts make this car very efficient ... let me remind the world viper and Roush helped Shelby design the ford gt super heads on the GT500

Lower it get springs shocks struts (adjustable ) watts link ... with moser axles ... upper and lower control Arms with relocation brackets ... poly bushings carbon fiber driveshaft (yes I know you have that part ) and if you wanna party 🎉 welded subframe connectors that’s how you control that power my friend ....
Oops can’t forget the Mickey ss slicks 15 welds ....
But there no way you can manipulate torque if it’s tuned right it’s SUPERCHARGED now electronic boost control that’s another chapter

So much for the gt500 just being a track car. 🤣 10.6 1/4 mile straight from the factory on factory street tire. Not even out yet and 10.6 💪impressive. Add drag radials low 10’s all day. Will see 9’s with very little bolt ons
Redeyes are going 10.3-10.4 bone stock. Redeye just ran 9.9 on a tire. 10.6 on the gt500 was with a pro drag race driver from ford. Every other person including Stangmode ran 10.8-11.2. Just like the demon did 9.65 yet everyone ran 10+. That trans won’t hold up to 1000hp. I guarantee it. Also I love the car. Still want to get one. It just ain’t no demon killer and that’s a fact.
@@DrivewayDemons Agreed about that DCT transmission in the shelby. People are going to smoke that transmission when they start throwing power mods and drag radials at that car. That transmission will set you back minimum 15k and Ford will know if you modified that car. I hate to see it, but I know this is going to happen.
Driveway Demons the redeye has not run 10.3 bone stock on factory tire. Just be cause you see it on you tube doesn’t mean it’s true. Do you really think dodge who always over inflates it’s #’s lists the 10.8 1/4 but some superhero comes out and runs 10.3. Come on man your smarter then that. I’m not saying in perfect conditions and having been out some time now that someone gets the stars to align and the redeye runs 10.5-10.6 on factory tire. Ford says 10.7 and drag guy gets it for one day and runs 10.6 in very good conditions. Makes sense. Everyone else is just lying. And trust me you will see 6 mo. After the 500 comes out multiple posts “bone stock gt500 runs 10.3” and that will be wrong to. Just annoying when you think there is going to be this big difference with the redeye. A year from now after the 500 has been out for some time we can revisit and see who is right I guess.
Driveway Demons and please don’t mix the demon in because that thing runs mid 10’s in street trim from the factory with factory tire. Yes add the non street legal race crate and it’s high 9’s but I would hope we can both agree the 500 will definitely be in the 9’s with the same mods added from the non-street legal crate.
