Will there be any difference about how peptide bonds forms when compare real life scenario to theoretical scenario which is shown in this video? Since we are more likely to see amino acid in our body with N3H on it’s amino side.

The 5 bonded carbon beginning at 7:15 is incorrect. The carbon oxygen bond should be a single bond and the oxygen should have a negative charge.

No its correct in resonance the double bond switches back and forth. People draw it many different ways.
