24 CHUNKIFIED Blocks of Easy Grip 😋💕💕

It’s day 2 of being back and as I said I have a lot to say. Today I’ll talk about some changes I hope to make in my ASMR world to adjust efficiently to this new growth + a word about this delicious crush.
Changes to ASMR
1/ we have grown our chalk family from 20k to 145k in a heartbeat so certain things I was doing are just not manageable anymore. For instance individual birthday requests are so tough to manage because you can imagine that I receive so many requests. On this one I’m going to learn from the OGs and have a birthday video once a month. Celebrants within that month can then comment their birthday and we can all celebrate that way. I hope that’s ok 😘💕
2/ I realised that I don’t post my main video as a short. And that is lost value. Going forward I’m going to post my usual shorts but also a snippet of my main long video as a short. Since shorts appear to reach a wider audience I figured that my long videos should also reach that same audience. The question I have though is whether I should post the snippet before or after I post my long video? Thoughts? 😘💕
3/ Mid roll ads. So, I’ve been considering introducing mid roll ads in my videos. RUclips allows you to activate mid roll ads when a video is longer than 8 minutes. Given that everything, especially electricity, is currently so much more expensive, I thought I’d activate this on my longer videos. I never used to do that because when I was just a watcher I absolutely hated having to watch an ad in the middle of crush. But as a creator, I now understand the need to maximize revenue from this activity in order to be able to at least cover its costs and then if you’re lucky, make something extra off it. Again, I hope that’s ok.
Now for this crush:
I absolutely loved every single SECOND of this amazing chalk. The texture is unreal. If not for the fact that I’m really trying to be devoted to a healthy life style, I would have been so tempted to take a bite. YUMMM. It smelled great, it felt great and it looks GREAT. Not to mention, the price is much less compared to other brands!!! If im not mistaken it works out about €1 per block🙆🏾‍♂️💕💕💕
Ok so I don’t know if you remember my Easter crush last year. I think it was the first time I’d crushed easy grip and this was EXACTLY the texture they sent over. I’m so glad they’ve managed to restock this texture because the balance of softness vs crunchiness vs grittiness is PERFECT. The powder sort of feels like powdered sugar. Like I don’t know how to describe it but that’s the vibes I’m getting.
The one downside about this chalk is that it’s brittle and breaks easily. It was the same last Easter when I crushed it and it’s the same now. I mean this was 24 blocks and I got maybe 12 blocks standing and the rest was chunks and crumbs. My personal position on this is that I value texture over intactness. I’d rather be able to crush the chalk than to have perfectly intact blocks that are too hard to crush. However we shouldn’t have to choose. I hope there will soon be chalk that is both in tact and has the perfect soft yet crunchy texture 😋😋💕💕.
I will preface the above though by rendering my unqualified support to the artists that have sent complaints to easy grip about buying blocks and receiving chunks. It is incredibly annoying and I really hope that a mutually satisfactory solution is reached with easy grip. As for the issue about the rebranding of Moreau blocks, I have no idea what agreement is in place (or not) between EG and Moreau so I cannot comment on that.
