No matter the native intelligence or research into a highly focused conclusion, the issue of not eating pork is purely a belief in mythology. I don't care what people eat as part of an overall balanced diet. The pretense that pork is somehow taboo altogether is pure fantasy.

Jesus Christ (pbuh) is neither God nor the begotten Son of God but he is one of the mightiest Messenger of Almighty God...
@John DoeThe Concept of incarnation is itself a wrong concept..None of our Prophets from Adam to Muhammad (peace be upon them all), said anything about such a thing called 'Trinity'..There is no such thing called triune god.. Almighty God/Creator is Only One and Jesus Christ (pbuh) is one of the most Honourable Messenger of Almighty God. In fact there is Only One Verse in the Complete Bible which is close to Trinity.The Verse in the Gospel of 1John 5:7 says that:
* "For there are 3 that bear record in heaven. The Father, The Word and The Holy Ghost and These 3 are one".
And brother you also called Jesus as the begotten Son of Almighty God. You must have probably read this Verse:
* "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
(John 3:16).
Now brother listen to me very very carefully, Do you know that the above mentioned verses is declared as fabrications, interpolations, Concoctions, adulterations by 32 Christian Scholars of the highest eminence backed by 50 co-operating denominations.They said that the King James Bible has grave defects and they removed the word 'begotten' and have thrown out the verse of 1 John 5:7. Now the Revised standard version (RSV) AND the NRSV and many other versions of the Bible don't have These doctored verses.. Because it's confirmed by the Most learned Christian Scholars that the above mentioned verses were nowhere to be found in the original manuscripts.

I was working on a free-range pig farm over the summer and the mother cared more about her next meal then the newborn piglet she crushed to death.

I am confused by his assertion that the pigs are shameless (7:45) because they have sex with each other's spouses. At 2:36, he says that plants and human beings cannot be compared because they are two different beings. So, shouldn't this same logic apply to the pig? If pigs and humans are two different beings, then why should it matter that pigs have sex with each other's spouse? Chickens have sex with one another multiple times a day, with no "spouses". So why does it make a difference?

I'm a young, non-religious adult from Germany, and until recently I've eaten pork every week. Just because I had to eat what parents did. My family is full of mentally unstable, weak, overweight people, and I myself hate pork to death, while they still eat it regularly. I've come to watch this video because I was interested in why Allah forbid pork, and I've come to the conclusion that I am not just overreacting, but that eating pork is indeed a horrible thing. It just makes you feel terrible. I feel great after eating beef or lamb, but I feel like only a fucking stupid person would eat voluntarily eat pork. No person who values their well-being and their health would voluntarily eat pork, and I can not imagine that any smart, strong person on earth is eating pork. I have no job yet, but if my parents ever make pork again, I will not eat it even if it means that I have to suffer B12-deficiency.

"Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it [as if] setting in a spring of dark mud, and he found near it a people. Allah said, O Dhul-Qarnayn, either you punish [them] or else adopt among them [a way of] goodness."

I think it is false to say “sun is setting in a spring of mud“ and i believe even a child is able to tell you, that the sun, wouldn't even fit inside our atmosphere.
But it does not matter what i think, since i would like to hear your opinion on this particular verse and if possible your interpretation of the word solar system, if you believe the verse is stating nothing but the truth.

Especially when you're living in western world some time you have eat pork accidentally you don't know like in the product foods you are reading the indigredent carefully there is no pork mention but one of the indigredent is pork it has different name you don't know. You know geletin,pork,bacon and ham but there is different names you don't know or they will mention is a beef or lamb but it's a pork. The others things the products like shampoo, soaps and creams etc is contain pork and beer alcohol you don't know you read the indigredent there is no pork or alcohol beer but it have. This happen to me I bought hawein pizza from supermarket in Canada I have read the carefully indigredent there is no mention pork and geletin but I didn't know ham is a pork because didn't mention is a pork , I have preheat oven then eat next day I check in Google what is a ham? Is a pork leg i shock first time I accidentally eat pork in pizza I say may Allah forgive me. Living in the western world is a chains you have to be carefully ask Allah to protect you.

Im in the US and I enjoyed this. My family is from central america, El Salvador to be exact, and I grew up a heathen. I hated God, His word, and His people and of course we ate pork and shrimp all the time. Im the first of my family to commit myself to Christ and all i want to do now is honor Him and follow Him. I do not want to be legalistic but I am being convicted about eating pork. I see it in the Holy bible and I dont see it abolished as so many of my friends say it is. I think it is false to say “sun is setting in a spring of mud“ and i believe even a child is able to tell you, that the sun, wouldn't even fit inside our atmosphere.

Why eat animals at all? I stopped eating meat/ fish nearly 24 years ago, and I also quit dairy-products later, and I am still alive after that. 🙂 A few years ago I became aware of that the reason why I don´t eat pork is the exact opposite reason to why muslims don´t (except if there are vegetarian/ vegan muslims). I took part in an animal rights deinstration protesting against the animal industry, and we had pictures of suffering pigs on our demonstration posters. To simplify y explanation I describe it like this: I don´t eat pork because I love the pigs. A boy of Somali origin passed on the street. He suddenly seamed to turn angry when he saw our posters and shouted "haram" - not because he was against the animal industry as such, but because he more or less hated pigs. So I don´t eat pigs because I love them, and he didn´t do it because he hated them. My love and his hate resulted in the same choice for us when it comes to pork. But I don´t eat any other animals either. As I see it the only real loving and mercyful lifestyle is a vegan life style. 🙂
