Thank you for this information. I have been using red light therapy for about two months now. I had extreme fatigue and due to covid and all the crazies I stopped going out. I heard about red light therapy and decided to try a small bulb. Well I noticed a change in my energy. Then I researched and found one called the platinum led panels. I spoke with the owner and he said it is also not just the sunlight but a burning fire. Makes sense because you will notice animals gravitate to the sunlight coming into your home or even if you have a wood burning fireplace they gravitate towards it. Ok so they have different sizes and I got two that would equal my height. They link up so you only have to turn one one and I noticed a change in energy. I read about green tea soak 20 min prior will enhance by 10's the results. So what you will see in 10 months you will see in one month. One thing I notice is that my hair got thicker. I had two bald spots in the front and they are filling in nicely. I stopped because I had a stomach virus and then broke out into a rash from something I ate so I took a week off. I am back on to see if it will heat my rash. I took pictures of my hair and my friends are amazed. Also I added a filter to my shower for my hair and skin improvement. I wish you the best and yes this works. Do not bother with the bulb. Instead of a really cool shipping spree get a red light panel because when I am done I know I can put on a $5 dress and own it. Oh and more energy to work out.

Thanks for this comment. I will try the red lights panels with tea. Do you mean with a tea soak to drink some tea before using the panel or something elese? Thanks in advance.
