Them worker's are on minimum wage. These companies don't pay well. They are just jealous that you work for yourself and they have to answer too somebody 😂😂👍
Great workers and interactions and congrats to Duerrs on their expansion a few years ago. Awesome video Ace 👍⭐⭐⭐ At 14:25, the two shorter units with the offices and warehouse space were constructed 2019 replacing their former offices and constructed by Russells. The long warehouse behind was existing part of their operations. The small shed at the far corner also newer addition. April 2019 street view has great image of the tower crane for installing the roof panels. Down the street was cute little cottage (likely all that remained of a row of terraces) now replaced by a triagular car park.
@@AceAudits The Exton Foods is just southwest (~500 ft) at end of Caldey Road. They had the one unit and expanded into the remaining three, formerly AWS. Article announced expanding their cheese production to be operational in 2024. Somebody did visit Exton, maybe a year go, and manager was rude (can't recall/find which auditor). Turns out the area north of Baguley Sanitarium/Wythenshawe Hospital was mainly agricultural till after World War 2. Aerial photo from 1946 shows it undeveloped and O/S maps show it as Roundthorn Farm with several buildings then factories constructed late 50s-60s. Post WW2 O/S maps show the all the new housing estates being constructed and massive street earthworks on 1945 aerial photos adjacent to the fields. now the industrial estate. Duerr constructed their production facility in 1995 and added the offices and warehouses in 2001 (expanded again 2019). Prior production and company growth was at their Old Trafford location. You're welcome to take out all the lines of credit, insurance policies, and premises leases and earn five of five days of the week. You'll find the only winners in commerce are the underwriters and governments. That's why the megacorps love endless migration. Pushes wages down, cost of living up, and feeds the banks, insurers, and policy makers. Drives smaller businesses out of competition and keeps the megacorps in control. They then fund media propaganda campaigns through thousands of PR firms to push for open borders. It's a ponzi scheme.
Very true. Employed 'ordinary' workers specifically earn their wages for the whole one day of the week and the company gets the rest for the next 6 days. Bosses and managers earn their money from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on one day, and the company gets the rest. Company Directors earn their money in the first 5 minutes of that one day off the backs of every worker below them.
I know you are sort of local, but the drone shots of the area, complete with explanations, are a big plus on your vids. If you ever go further afield, gen up on area so you can continue with the descriptions and help us identify with where you are.
19:13 The older buildings still have Asbestos roofing. That'll cost a fortune to replace. Mainly because of the inspection costs and risks to public health.

Does the drone have software that warns you if you're going into controlled airspace, similar to the height restriction, and is the height restriction from where you are or from a set level like sea level?
It's 120m from the ground below the drone, not sea level. register-drones.caa.co.uk/drone-code/where-you-can-fly And yes, it does warn you of nearby FRZ and other hazards. But it's up to me to ensure I don't fly into a FRZ. That's why I use NATS and Drone Assist. The DJI map zoning is frequently inaccurate and can't be trusted to use alone.
Thanks! DJI pushed out a firmware a few months ago which ended their geofenceing. Before that, it was not possible to take off while inside a FRZ, or fly into one. But because their boundaries did not match NATS, it would often stop you flying where you should have been able to when very close to a FRZ like this video. So a really good thing in one way, but not good when you think how many irresponsible pilots are out there, who don't know about or care about the rules, and will fly inside a FRZ without checking. There was a recent interview with the CAA where they said it is these irresponsible people who they are targeting with the upcoming changes to the drone legislation and rules, and they debunked the myth that the changes are due to auditors.
