In this video, i revisit the site of a major breach on the Bridgewater Canal next to Little Bollington.
I take you on a drone tour of the affected stretch, from Agden Bridge to School Lane Bridge. In the past week, workers have installed 4 cofferdams, 2 at each end of the damages section, to allow workers a safer area to assess damage and make repairs. Also a black pipe has appeared at Agden Bridge, which looks like they are about to syphon water into the drained section to allow boats to re-float.
