@@punchedgreensgolf Good Afternoon. I just bought this projector but your colors blow mine out of the water. I have a 12W by 9H screen, so 4:3. I have floor mount. Benq says I only need 8 feet to fill screen but had issues from that distance so its about 9.5 feet away. I did fill the screen but damn, looks very washed out. I don't have much ambient light either. I have windows on my garage door is all. I have not tried at dark yet but will tonight. So far i'm a little disappointed I expected a little better with laser.
@@ericporter2373 hey sorry to hear that! Have you tried the golf mode? Also have you tried changing the colors? I know light does impact it but i don’t think it would be that much unless it’s directly on it
What are you using with your projector? I am currently using an IPad and the picture does not look sharp at all. I have an Optima laser projector so not the BenQ but feel like it should be much better than what I’m getting. Wondering how much a gaming laptop would make a difference?
Yeah I am using a gaming laptop. Most likely the iPad is your problem as I believe they only output at 720p. Maybe you could try to connect something else to the projector to see? As you can tell my picture quality is very sharp.

@@derekedwards1031 Hey Derek my computer has a 3050, 32 GB of ram and an i5 processor. If I were to improve anything I'd get a better GPU, but I can run most courses on high without issue and it looks great to me!
