I am tempted to do one of these easier kinds of trails with my car, a Mitsubishi Mirage. Although it's not an off road ready car with it's tiny tires, and 2 wheel drive, it is also a tiny car, I can fit between most ruts, and easily can turn around on those skinny trails if I want.

Internet is showing Bee Canyon is closed for repairs till January 2025. I'd like to go up this trail in 2004 Ford Ranger 2x4. If you can go up with a Subaru he probably hardly engaged 4wd.

I stopped a bunch of times along the way but if you drive straight there it shouldn't take any longer than an hour.

Did you get new tires or did you do it on stock all-season tires?

I got new tires awhile back, Falken Wildpeak AT Trails. They Don't have very aggressive Tread but they are better than the all-seasons I had before. Any tire will do on this trail, you just have to look out for rocks that could puncture a sidewall. Good rule of thumb "the worse your tires are for off-roading the slower you need to go".

@@subietrails2750 okay I’m think about going this November. I already booked a camp site. I’m think about doing it Sunday morning hopefully there is not much traffic up there.
