OK, this makes it abundantly crystal clear that in Canada, we have a two tier legal system using the legal monetary system, which isn't spoken about. on grid or off grid congratulations on getting the money write off. what difference did I make?

I was fined $100 because of a digital filing (which I have email records that prove it was transmitted), got lost in the their system. Either there is some shenanigans going on here, or they spend so little on their IT bills, they can issue more fines as a result. I am gonna argue the $100 fine, but I suuuuure would like to know at least the nature of the $133M write off here.

10 years ago they audited me forcing me to file a t2125 form, statement of business activities, at which point they re-filed my taxes and neglected to include WITB & OTB with which I would have received a refund, but instead they claimed that I owed taxes where they then stole my next years tax refunds to pay for their own mistake.. I am filing charges to take them to court over this... they have refused the past 10 years to realize their mistake..

I'm a dual citizen, anything I earn here in Canada can get taxed by my old country. If I earn more than $250k, I could get up to 50% taxed. The only way to avoid that is to file a mountain of paperwork to make a charitable public interest group out of everything I spend money on. I am privately disinterested in doing so, but if I make it to that tax bracket, I should just to prevent my money from becoming foreign aid. Canada and my home country have homeless and poverty issues that need to be addressed by government. Churches can't do all the work. I would rather spend money buying locally produced food at market price from stores and distribute it through places that already feed hungry people. 1 in 5 Canadian children are going hungry. The government puts out that number and is more concerned with buying failing projects and handing tax breaks to rich companies. I was shocked to learn that unless you earn more than the $250k per year magical number, you are just middle class.
The legal system that the super wealthy have looks pretty lenient.
