The best timelapse video I have ever seen! A peace of art
Awesome video! Thanks for making the effort. 747 looks so amazing nose in at the gate. Who would have thought we’d still be in awe 50 years after she enter service!
3:30 i really love that view... it reminds me of when you check in and you see the first glimpse of the aircraft your going to be flying on... gives me butterfly's in my stomach
Oh man you’re so spot on.
As a kid in the 90s growing up I remember walking into DFW’s terminals and seeing the shiny AA birds sitting at the gate. 767s, 757s, MD-11s front and center it was a dream. Even better was being a nosey kid and peeking around the gate area to see which far off destination everyone was headed to.
Ahhh
this has become an iconic video that i keep coming back to after more than a decade and the memories that it brings are unforgettable
thanks DFWDeno
I love the 747!!
I was a refueler for a while in the 80's. I loved being around all airliners. I don't miss dragging a fuel hose around a ramp with black ice at 9pm in a heavy snowstorm with company honchos saying "c'mon, we gotta turn this thing around on time, and don't get me started on being on a deicing manlift. Overall, ramp people are intelligent, motivated and proud of the way they perform. My compliments for an entertaining look at ramp coordination.
This is really a very high quality vid, almost like a commercial. Great job 10/5
Wow...you can see the plane lowering as the freight containers are loaded. Great video.
Been through that airport many times. been a while since I seen a "must watch" video that was actually good. Well done.
It makes me cry :'( Most airlines are getting rid of their 744's now
British Airways will keep them around still for a while👍🏼
Beautiful video and music choice! The shot at 3:36 is pure art :)
@DFWdeno you're a downright genius. I watch this video over and over and over and over again, and everytime it's a different experience. And as always I appreciate this brilliant old bird. Thanks for allowing me to reminiss and dream altoghther yo!!
Nice choice of music too..it fit very well with the imagery.
Utter brilliance! Really shows just what happens before/after you board/disembark an aircraft!
Great video. I flew this service in 2017.
Sad to see this beautiful queen leave DFW.
nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo now we're stuck with this lame 777
Hi, im Joe she is coming back for Fall/Spring
Jay Deshpande Yes👍🏼
I just love those beautiful lines and sense of majesty the 747 has.
Wow amazing video, great quality and good music. Thanks for posting.
This plane is in Landor livery! Landor is so adorable!
Excellent video. Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed watching it.
GREAT MOVIE!!!! I really liked watching it!
Thanks for sharing this video! Loved it. Reminded me of my days at this station back in 1997 and 1998, when I worked for BA before attending law school. At that time the 777 was being introduced into the fleet. I saw one of the Customer Service Managers in the video that I used to work with in the gate scenes of this video. Great video!
Great job on the video! Very professionally done! Kudos!
What a great loading operation...thanks for video
good Job, you catch all operation for that B744BA, excelent GQ, Good Quality
Nice vid....worked ramp for 16 years....kinda miss it....my knees don't however...although it was much easier on the knees when I worked the wide bodies...loved that! A/C must have been running on APU as they didn't hook up Ground Power...no worries there...plenty of power to run systems while on the ground.
I love the british airways logo!!
This video is a work of art.
I LOVE seeing the nose dip when heavy containers get loaded
Well done on 100k views DENO!
always enjoy your vids good job!
Very clever and interesting video.. Love the music...
I Love these videos as a friend of mine introduced it to me. I Love the one of south Korean 747 Was simply amazing . I am Glad To have seen these videos !
Nice video... Great footage, editing, song and of course, great aircraft!
Beautiful video man!
I've watched almost all of your videos and the content, quality, and editing is simply excellent! Keep up the great work. Just curious though, no one said anything to you hanging out by the gate with a tripod? I was snapping pics of an MD-80 at KSMF and was told I couldn't do that.
nice video & beautiful soundtrack!!
Cool Video! I'm taking flight 192 from DFW-LHR this summer. It'll be my first flight on a 747 and first out of the country so I'm pretty excited. For anyone who's taken this flight, how is it?
The music fits perfectly with this. Some sites have God awful rock music when showing airlines.
It seems that the ground crew finished loading luggage before the people boarded... normally when I board, they're still loading that last few containers, mostly due to late check-in passengers, lol. Great video anyways, probably your best time lapse. Looking forward to more!
Thank you for that. Brilliant video
GREAT timelapse! I'm a ramper for AC in Canada. Cool to see a timelapse of a widebody turn. :)
This really is a must watch! Really Cool!
HI this is the best video on BA that I have ever seen.

Awesome! I subbed, great time lapse vid!
What a great video. You have a great eye for composing a shot.
Great video! Really professionally done. Thank you for posting.
Very well put together video
Cool video! Great job!
No, He connected a headset that allows him to talk to the pilots to let them know the Nose pin has been disconnected. The nose pin is there so they can push back the plane without the nose wheel moving. Once the push back tractor is disconnected they take the pin out and it allows the pilot to once again turn the wheel for taxi.
Just an amazing video!
Superb video, thanks !!!
Wow, this is so timely with today's sad news. Very well done!

Great videos! excelent video editing, what kind of video editor you use?
What aircraft does your father flies?
Greetings from Mexico!
very nice video!!!!
ha, always wondered if they just turned them straight around again. Thanks for posting
Great video
Wow, you capture the whole process between landing and takeoff!
How much time did you spent when capture this nice video?
@fdama When I worked at United a 747-400 would come in from Sydney in the morning and then do a LAX-Denver turn before returning to Sydney later that night. The same went for another 747-400 that flew to Washington Dulles and back to LAX before heading back to Aukland, New Zealand that night. The aircraft don't pay their way when parked at the airport.
SIMPLY SUPERB FOR AVIATION ON THE GROUND AND IN THE AIR
747 are awesome
AWSOME
Most of flights are like this
it lands and within next 2 hours it goes back to its origin
nice video man! ;-)
Awesome! I'm going to take this flight in a few days. Great vid!!!
Great video. The 747 is among a GREAT favorite of mine. What music is this by the way because it's really nice?
great video i love it!!
oh wow! I usually take this flight to DFW, probably try and fly the 747 on it before it gets switched!
Very clever and interesting video..
This video would be so much better if you show the fly taking off but yet its still a good show
nice, didn't know it take that long to prepare a 747
Awesome video - but how did you get in Terminal D right to the gate, past security - were you a passenger on some other flight? Nice to see the prompt Lufthansa leave before BA. I've seen both depart from DFW several times while driving on the service road. :)
@skydive911 That's condensed water that the air conditioning system had removed from the air of the cabin during the flight. This is normally just released from the system after landing.
Love the shot at about 3:40.
These are some cool videos'. What kind of camera do you use?
woah awesome video :) how long did this take? (the flight turnaround?)
Well I believe they still operate 747's from Heathrow-Dallas, Dallas-Heathrow, they did a few months ago anyway, I may check this morning, as I have a planefinder on my iPod.
Beautiful! I loved it!
747 is the king of the air
WOW AMAZING!!
simply amazing!
nice video
love how it is speeded up, what camera do you use? btw I subbed! :)
that's how they communicate with the pilots, so they know its clear to turn on engines and taxi to runway
@am1966ath Yes a Boeing 777-300ER as a flight BA 138 previously used by the 747, same for the flight BA 294 and same for the flight BA 105. But BA can order more A 380s in the futur.
it was the towing gear pin, need to be inserted prior to pushback/tow to disable to cockpit nose wheel sterring
cool plane and airline
@fdama Yeah at one time I worked for Delta at their headquarters in Atlanta and one thing people dont no about operations is that there is a count down clock outside on the ramp that has 2 hours 59 minutes for international flights & 60 minutes for domestic to do a complete turn around. All ground crew watch that time because if the clock hits zero and everything is not complete the plane goes into delay and contract companys like catering, cleaning crew, fuel etc get fined $2k per minute
