Nice job - how easy is it to make sure the wire is taut enough and not too loose??

Thanks. The mesh will tighten nicely when you push the spline into the grooves

For example, if you've rolled the spline into the left channel, then you've done the bottom, and now you're rolling the right channel, look at the mesh on the left side near the spline and see if it's lifted. If so, pull the mesh a little when rolling the right side, careful not to pull to much because it can warp window frames if that's what you're doing.
