I think she could have been much more friendly and respectful regardless of his position or behaviour. I don't know maybe that´s a typical/normal way to communicate with a citizen for a police officer in the US, but in western Europe where I live, cops are much more friendly and respectful. They don't feel the need or have insecurities that misguide them to make a point by being tough or intimidating. They shine by being friendly and deescalating with respectful manners. That´s much more effective and reduces unnecessary confrontations/trouble and ensures higher efficiency and safety in the long run. Especially because citizens appreciate friendly cops more than those with a chip on their shoulder.
The level of arrogance, sense of entitlement and rudeness of Martin Hyde is breathtaking. Kudos to this sharp police officer. This man has no business in any position of power. Absolutely despicable.
What a creep that congress candidate was . The supervisor wasn't much help . Bravo to that female police officer for not being cowed by that awful cowardly bully
The fact that Martin dude was talking so highly of himself as a candidate for a house of representatives primary race where he got like 10% one of the vote is wild to me. Bro's acting like he's the fucking president 😭
Politicians who abuse their power should be held to a much higher standard and punished accordingly. Public humiliation, public admonishment, large fines and big sentences.
If you work in a store, you can put some goods aside, so no one buys them. If you work ANYWHERE, you get certain benefits, because you know the workers, and you are like a family. in every profession there are benefits. If cops pull over another cop for some mild shit, they will just let him go, thats the benefit of being a cop. So why arent we talking shit about other professions, that to THE SAME THING on daily basis?
@@chechticek You can take comfort in knowing it will never stop until the last human is dead. It's in our nature to think that the rules don't apply to us as individuals, especially when you see other people getting away with breaking those same rules left and right. People suck.
Power corrupts. These politicans and their mindset is the standard. They consider themselves above the law. It's also the same for the 1 percent extremely rich in America. They also consider themselves above the law. That's why jeffrey epstein was able to do what he did for so long without consequences. Only after so much evidence and awareness gained from the public was justice system able to convict him.
He knows how to climb the ladder, good for him, she doesn't and that's why he is her supervisor and not the other way around. Those people who didn´t get their way with special treatment, were just small-time officials, they aren´t elites with money and power, sadly those elites get away with pretty much everything. They can eff up pretty bad, and all they get is a fine or probation if at all. And then there are those who are the really powerful elites who don't even get investigated even if there are reasonable grounds for an investigation. Those are the true elites, the untouchables. Like the Clinton, Bush or Biden family and many more we never even heard from. That´s the sad truth.
Crazy how if any normal citizen acted this way they would immediately be arrested. Then they have the audacity to say they are being treated worse, because of who they are.
100% wrong. Any industry has a chain of command. Usually cops know they’re on the bottom and when the boss tells you to ignore it you do it or suffer. Judges, politicians, connected people, you don’t want to get fired and lose your career to make a point. It’ll be the last one you make . That’s reality
Martin Hyde in the meantime, lost his election, and his ex-gf called the police this past week to report an argument with Hyde, telling the police she believes he may be suicidal. This privileged shitstain got exactly what he deserved. What an arrogant pos, telling her he doesn’t have his registration, then producing it after she walks back to his vehicle.. Then tries playing this while game of “I had it the whole time, what’s she writing me a ticket for!?” I love the fact that it was expired anyway and would have still been a ticket regardless 😂 All he had to do was be courteous and accept the ticket and with his contact’s (and being a political scumbag) he probably could have made it go away. How professional is Officer Beskin btw?! She was never rude, never made any kind of comment that could have escalated the situation as he sat there threatening to have her career. Wow. The Female Officer is what the world needs. She did everything right. Stayed cool, didnt back down from the threats by the corrupt politician. She has courage and should be a role model for every cop in the world. Hope she is doing well❤
The way the Male cop is sucking that fat politicians a$$ is a generational thing. In a way, he can't help it because he wasn't raised by a man. This is the way the males in his family have been taught for generations to conduct themselves. Thank God I was raised around real men, not some girlie man who taught me to wipe my peepee off with toilet paper after taking a pi$$. This pig is a b_tch plain and simple. I'd much rather have the girl cop watching my back if I was a cop instead of pu$$y man.
Yeah, but I guess that good female coop is still working hard trying to make ends meet, while this supervisor, and "representative" is on easy street. That's whats fucked up
I guess until he saw the video from the body cam of the lady officer, it would be wrong to pick a side. But nevertheless not once did he say that the lady officer was wrong. He affirmed that she was doing her job. Kudos to that lady officer! The country need more officers like her.
He doesn't know what happened and was being polite to the guy. The cop obviously didnt talk shit on her on the phone, as he said. It was him talking out of his ass. He's appeasing a hot headed political figure, as it's not his job to ass kiss the situation. I'm sure the lady cop kept her job and nothing was wrong. Just because he didn't go in on the guy doesn't mean he didn't have her back. That on top of the fact that what IF she was being a trash cop? Then he looks like an asshole and corrupt if he takes her side no matter what.
as with the other good comments in rebuttal, I'll add, take for example the supervisor started to quote basically the same things she was saying, in that moment, the situation could have stagnated or escalated. Keeping things calm and neutral until video evidence was reviewed was the proper way to handle it. as he too said "she has a job to do." which was a calm way of backing her up.
The fact that Frangione and the supervisor did not back up that first cop for doing an excellent job is astounding. They effectively got down on their knees and offered that corrupt politician services. Should be forced to step down - can’t be trusted to uphold the law equally.
They hadn’t seen the cameras, they were trying to appease the situation. I’m sure by the way they reacted when they found out who it was, they don’t like him either.
But Frangione didn't see the body cam footage to know what was at the heart of the dispute. Everything he said was aimed at deescalating the situation and that an investigation would go forward. No one should really be "backing up" anyone without knowing the relevant facts; doing so is pretty much the definition of corruption.
@@Zaddy34 they took his word over hers even though she had it all on camera and followed due process to the t. My mother was from Manchester so I am half British and am totally disgusted at this schmucks attitude, sorry mate but that courageous officer was not the disrespectful one she was bloody well right in giving you a ticket
The fact that this guy knew he was being recorded and still behaved like this demonstrates that he has incredibly poor judgement and is emotionally unstable. He was clearly in the wrong - not only does he deserve the ticket, but after what he put this officer through and as someone running for public office, making this video public is 100% the right thing to do.
Not emotional problem but he has used power for so many years and in so many places that he connot accept that someone is not bowing down to his power , this shows how corrupt he is
He has a narcissistic personality disorder. He clearly has a grandiose self-image and enjoys controlling and weilding power. Unfortunately, government positions are often places that people like this end up because people who don't care about power tend not to apply for the roles.
I cant imagine the second hand embarrassment the kids must have felt when Commissioner Caren went off on those police, hoping it keeps them from winding up just like her
That supervisor is so spineless it's unbelievable. He demonstrated the corruption and unfairness in the modern justice system as he was trying his best to appease a corrupt politician and made no effort to defend the officer he was supposed to be supervising
In any interrogation trying to extract incriminating information from a suspect, you start by making "friends" with them. Threatening, judging or making them dislike you will most likely cause them to shut down and not "speak their mind". So while it might appear that a supervisor is talking to a corrupt official like he's on their side, it actually ends up leading the individual to further incriminate himself. The main reason these corrupt people end up in a position of power is simply shown by your comment: low IQ people are easily mislead and never see the full picture, but are allowed to vote like everyone else. 77 thumbs up and 4 replies, all approving an idiotic comment. Get a proper IQ test -> See that under 100 result -> Stop voting -> Stop speaking your mind in public -> Don't reproduce -> See society improve Have a good day.
Martin was horrible. His comments of her "Russian immigrant status" and "we'll see who goes" were particularly heinous. His concern regarding the Sergeant's camera is self explanatory. And typical politician he says he has his registration (though expired) but never says he refused to give it to the Officer. Fortunately his so called apology was not enough to save his political career.
At 10 minutes the self entitled wack job has his zipper undone the entire time. I don't think he was texting and driving, but maybe something else haha
That sounds good on paper, but is so far from reality. War criminals walk free everyday like Bush, Obama and the Clintons. That’s the extra short list. The “law” has been perverted by a corrupted government and justice system. God’s Natural Law is above the immoral edicts of political parasites.
And- having the video to back her up. If the second Officer worked for me- and I’d reviewed the video, he’d be getting three days off to consider his future.
I remember a similar situation where the person being stopped reacted the same way: "Do you know who I am?" 🤨 To which the officer replied: "I have no idea, but didn't your mother ever tell you that?" 😂
"You know who he is, right?" "Yes. (and i could't give a crap)". I really hope she makes it up and gains a lot of support from like-minded officers. this is what is needed in the Force. ppl like her are desperately needed.

I must be the only one that spotted the insane amount of scratches around the door handle of the first guy. He must be getting into his car drunk every night
That first clip really upset me. And the supervisor asking right off "Do you know who that is?" just played into his privileged behavior. The second an official or chief threatens officers and tries to use their position to get out of their wrong doing should be instantly fired!
@@walterfarley5616 I've watched thousands of videos of police interactions with citizens and I've NEVER before seen that question asked of an officer by a supervisor like that. Ha, reminds me of the time when I was ordered to check the ID of every person coming into the property of one company I guarded (as a guard guy). I asked everyone for it, including directors of the company - As this is what they ordered in the first place. One representative I never saw, and I couldn't just pass a guy because he acted important. He wasn't upset whatsoever, although my coworkers had their pants full probably. And another time I passed a worker who referred on someone important (as my supervisor told us to do this and not check such people). And for this I had some trouble, as he masę aome scenes to our boss mocking us guardians. So the moral of the story is - Just do what's right in your job, people usually can't mess with you for doing your job correctly. And don't follow people who order you to five others favors - As YOU are going to be the one to pay for it.

If politicians get caught criminally, and they hold significant power, the only thing they will get is a slap on the wrist and fired from their job and that's it, they are free to go and still immune to any jail time. If it was a normal citizen acting up they would have been arrested immediately.

Then he looks like an asshole and corrupt if he takes her side no matter what.
Douche Bag at its finest.. the sarg is the bottle up his arse.
as with the other good comments in rebuttal, I'll add, take for example the supervisor started to quote basically the same things she was saying, in that moment, the situation could have stagnated or escalated.
I have to agree. First officer doing everything she can and then her “brothers” show up and tell her to go to the station?
They hadn’t seen the cameras, they were trying to appease the situation. I’m sure by the way they reacted when they found out who it was, they don’t like him either.
But Frangione didn't see the body cam footage to know what was at the heart of the dispute. Everything he said was aimed at deescalating the situation and that an investigation would go forward. No one should really be "backing up" anyone without knowing the relevant facts; doing so is pretty much the definition of corruption.
@@Zaddy34 they took his word over hers even though she had it all on camera and followed due process to the t. What I saw was them reluctantly having to uphold the law because they knew they were railroaded by her evidence. I actually thought it was a pathetic display of leadership.

I never once even got out of my car or off my bike . Sadly I lost the card. Truth there only valid for a few years. Probs for the best. Shows tho the reality of the police Don’t police there selves
She was obviously under the influence why wasn’t she alcohol tested. ? Look at her big hand movements dropping stuff. Etc.
These a rich students. I didn’t see a drug search on the car. One there mothers. Is a CAREN. I hope she’s losing her job and Pension. These people are on another planet. Most folks are pushed over the bonnet Searched cuffed and made to sit in the wagon untill checks are made.
It’s soo obvious she’s had a couple of sleeping pills Diasapiam Valium wat ever a a glass of wine. And them kids got ranted at for hours on the way home. She’s showing signs of Mental illness. Like most rich over intitiled women over 45
well don't they do it like in germany and the cameras suddenly go out? so no proof?
Commissioner “ Karen” 😂😂
What a ….🤮👍🤮
That initial traffic officer is the FO part of *FAFO. 👏👏👏
First officer is excellent. It's incredible how you can hear her collect her courage and stand her ground. I hope she finds better employment in a better field away from this corruption. She is an exception in a corrupt system.
So then why would you want her to leave???
@@MrTrigzBecause cops who aren’t corrupt get hell for it from the rest of the cops including the higher ups.
@@Lost-mb1gj shes obviously built for it and without ppl like her you wouldnt stand a chance
@@MrTrigzThat’s a disingenuous statement. You have no idea what it’s like to be the black sheep in a job. Not like this.
Supervisor was gutless.
She didn't pull him over, she pulled over his ego and it was found to be inflated 20 times above the legal limit.
yup, it's sickening.
He considers disrespect as not letting him get away with breaking the law.
And those officers taking on the disrepctful Karen in the last bit off the clip are just great 👍.
The effin nerve talking about her immigration status whilst him being a immigrant himself is disgusting but apparently he doesn't know how body cams work😂
Worse yet he acts like “lived here 25 years” is some big accomplishment.
I’m soooo fking tired of people not born here telling those of us who are what to do and how to act. Exactly WHY did you leave your country just to come here and make this one like the one you left?
Everyone knows British people are expats the rest are immigrants 😂
That female officer is the definition of a strong woman!! She was so professional and confident, even when her team wasn't helping her at all
That moron put threats on her and she be like
I faced bigger
Lol
I mean, she was doing what any officer would do
glad you noticed it without her saying how strong and independent she is
All of you losers can stfu because she was the only one that stood up to him and the two other male officers were just being a bunch of pussies
The Officer did everything by the book very admirable how professional she conducted her self ❤
"Why is she writing tickets?!"
"She's a traffic officer."
The first clip is very relatable. Imagine doing your job and the person you pull over is someone that can end your career if they choose to. That dedication to stand your ground needs a raise.
He was just a congressional CANDIDATE. Any moron can run for Congress. He had no power. I wouldn’t have given him any quarter either, he’s just another citizen like anybody else.
The first clip had my blood boiling. The delusion and corruption is unreal.
