Used about 6,000 ft of runway after a 4 minute run-up. No idea about the cargo onboard, but I've seen longer take off runs.

We've had a handful of AN-124 operations at OAK over the past months, after a years-log drought, and they always require a little extra planning and attention due to our tight confines. But still an "event" that attracts lots of eyeballs, even in the shadow of the AN-225's visit this past September.

It turns out that it's the same plane as on Friday, it flew Colorado Springs -> Oakland -> Honolulu -> Saipan -> Nagoya -> Colorado Springs and is doing the same loop again.
