Dr Mix has such great gear in his studio. That sweet Fender Jazz Bass! And he knows how to play everything like a Pro and get the best sound out of it. He’s a happy guy. 😊
Audimee is great - been using it for a year. But I noticed you have those drum machines and synths all hooked up - both midi and audio - and THAT’S impressive! So cool to have everything in your studio ready to go. Must be a crazy mess of cables and a big mixer.
Superb video! Astonishing to say the least! The implications of a product like that in the music industry are mind-boggling. Now anybody can sound like a talented singer. What's next? A similar product to get rid of musicians and composers too? I'm sure somebody, somewhere is currently working on that. One thing is for sure though, it will be very hard for future software to create/compose inspired original music like Stevie Wonder did back In 1976.
That already happened. You just have to input some prompts and the machine can do the whole song - including composition and lyrics (we're not talking about Audimee here but programs like e.g. Udio).
Voice actors should create there own bespoke ai consulancies. As a part time concept artist and illustrator in the past I worked extremely hard for barely any reward, to sell Shit products now I have ai pump out x40 work which is based on hundreds of completed projects of mine over the years , so it’s still mine. It’s just automated . Now I have time to create art just for myself which is extremely therapeutic. And not be exploited by greed.
Ive worked with voice actors and singers. I try do it myself and i just cant. I think emotion is so important, its hard to describe why voiceover actors are so good, i think the clue is in the acting/performance. I think voice actors are very safe for now
Very surprising stuff! Might be quite useful for recreating vocals in reconstructions. Would absolutely LOVE to see a reconstruction of Just Can't Get Enough by Depeche Mode, or Cars by Gary Numan?
It would have been interesting to try to create a gang vocal by layering a bunch of them. I’m wondering if with them all driven off the same input whether it would not give the usual effect of gang vocals. Although it might still be interesting. Also doing a bunch of individual takes and running each through a different artificial voice could be a way for a solo artist to create gang vocals.
I can't sing that well but if I record a vocal and pitch correct it sympathetically I could now use this to convert the voice to something professional sounding. Very handy for songwriters.
I think the general tech is called RVC. Here is the metaphor I use: You give the machine several audio samples of a particular voice. The machine slices them up, studies them, and learns how to paint them onto other voices.
Does it have pitch correct built-in? Or would a producer that can’t sing with good intonation (like me) have to run their vocal thru something like Melodyne first?
Can someone explain this for me? I don't understand, if you type in a voice "Otis, dock of the bay, can you save that as a voice model, and then use it to convert your own singing later? Or is there some kind of restriction from doing that with a famous voice?
It’s a great update from fp 30x- real Machine. Sounds very fatty, UI is almost perfect. The only feature that i’d like to have in Oy - is a navigation wheel lik yamaha dgx has.
This video show the same excitement I feel when playing around with music AI tools. To me, AI became a writing partner, a source of inspiration. I threw something at the tool, it threw something back at me. New ideas transpired. Like a creative tennis match back and forth. Gives me the same energy I felt writing music in my teens and twenties. So much fun!
Don't know why this sounds better than the one in the earlier video 💯🙏🏼✌🏼 But than came "sitting on dock of the schnitzel" and I hate that track ...., Ai, next !
Claudio, you just brought me out of retirement. I gave up looking for singer! I don’t have a good voice but I know how to sing on a recording. But now, I can have an awesome vocal track and let the great singers come to me. Thanks Claudio, I’m back!!
Showcasing the various voices at the end, back to back, actually exposed Audimee for what it isn’t - a substitute for music creation skill/talent. In other words, it made it clear that a great groove sounds great regardless of who sings the hook. And that a crap groove would still sound like crap. Basically, if you can’t create good music to begin with, Audimee isn’t going to help. If you can, you don’t have much need for it. (Sorry Audimee. I’ll probably buy the app anyway)

A great power comes with a great responsibility.
Most important comment! Ty!
Claudio, I think it's very interesting how the AI voices change the timbre of your voice but still preserves the accent.

I love how the accent still comes through.
So cool to hear you used the same vocal from Splice as I used for my house track «Dream of you»! 😊
Superb video!

3:33 "in a musical sense" 😂😂😂
Oh my, I need to throw my entire acapella library through this ❤
I'm in of need some acapellas. Mind sharing?
Love the team combo
this is crazy. if you are a singer you can make all album features yourself lol
Awesome playing Dr Mix !!!!
voice actors watching their entire industry go poof
it has limited audio choices so not exactly.
@@lunarthespacecat7772 for now…🤞🏿

Yep, every animated movie will now be produced this way…
😂 Great as always

Yes, I've seen another person (edit: Justin Colletti) try this with Audimee.
@@crnkmnky How they do it, i got weird artifact and it sounded a bit robotic?
@@armondtanz It was SonicScoop. He just posted another one, with vocal tuning. You'd have to judge if the layering sounds suitable…
At this point, one is only limited by one's own imagination.
Awesome!
Wow! Superb groove! How'd you do that in 5 minutes?????????
Still in love with you Claudio, wonderful things gonna happen here!😘
I tried Audimee last weekend and it did blow my mind. But only after finding a right blend of voices. - female for the most part.
Hi can this be achieved live?
What version of Cubase are you using here?
This is so cool!
I was watching Get Out the other day.
Reminds me of that. The blind photographer.
Just Brilliant!

How fun! When talent x wonderbox 🤩
You can do Tubula bells with that DoctorMix
Please do a docu-video on how this Black Magic is accomplished.

Спасибо за весёлое😂 и очень интересное видео 👍👋♥
Lovin this sooooo much 🤣😂🤣😂🏴
So impressive dayum I used to spend thousands on session singers...

I just literally pissed myself.
Better get that fixed....lol
That's insane !
Realtime audio shifting?
Is the same one as before?
Can someone explain this for me?

Was a funny video :)
Hi, Doctor✋.
¿Could You make a video with Dr. Fink, The synthesizer Player of Prince? Please. Maybe he could really explain us The Minneapolis Sound.
This makes a lot of studio singers workless.
Great !
Still TEAC 4-Track!

It's just another tool. Choose to use it or not. Still fun though. Another to get inspiration is fine by me.
Amazing 😂❤
As a life long musician, this is terrifying.

But everything is fun and inspiring when Danger Mouse does it.

Claudio Wonder!
Can you train a new voice uploading some words from a person?
Thought he said order me lol ai getting so real now scares me a bit not gonna lie fun though
This is the end of musicians
a new world
just music
no creators
just players
The COMPLETE end
Amazing!
You're definitely a funky viber, Man!
Thank you for this Audimee panoramic sensation tour, Claudio!
Take Care 🙏
- Cool.
Music without electricity is the goal.
When the tool is pushed to EXTREME! 😅
We are watching the end of many creative human jobs while having fun with it 😢
Creative tool for us musos who can't get a diva to sing for them 😂 bye divas!
Ciao Claudio. Sei il numero uno! Saluti da Cagliari
Português???
It's over
💙💛
me la fai fare sotto dal ridere AHAHAHAHAH
OMFG
VAYA CLAUDIA. :D
I think there's going to be a lot of very disappointed people in the future, when they come to see the live show!
Где можно послушать получасовую версию того, что получилось в конце??)
Yeah.... No
No, cioè... Sto a rota!!! 😂
This isn’t music.
couldn't agree more, the sad thing is , most people will accept it as such RIP real art
Shit's getting outta hand man...
This is not so funny to watch as it obviously is for you to do. Looking forward to getting back to synths and keyboards.
He said you can sound like a woman or a big guy. I wonder what a “binary” sounds like? hehe
No such thing!
@@letsgococo288 exactly 👍
Unfortunately it's not allowed to change the voice of Splice vocals with AI. I've contacted their legal department.
Ai is arts enemy, why would any real artist want to use or promote this
It's just a tool which can be used to create art and stimulate creativity if used properly.
I liked and this is my comment. Thank you.
Claudio, we need to Watch a collab between you and @AlexBallMusic
More Papik-like songs ! I love it ;)
