PLEASE PLEASE continue making these videos! Im in Iceland (dry and cold weather) and my hair is SUFFERINGGGGGG. Ill try this method out. I have high porosity hair and its so hard to find you tubers with high porosity type 4 hair. Please continue. Thanks :)
I will be coming out with more videos! I also do updates on Instagram if you’d like to follow! ♥️ sorry I’ve been mia life has gotten busy. How are things with you!
i have low porosity hair. i find a difference when i wait a few minutes between applying the L, O and C - regardless of which order ... but I do prefer LCO. most of the time, i do L(C)G and O on my ends. with buns and ponytails i don't need much 😂🤣
There’s so many methods it’s crazy! Also, I totally agree on waiting between steps. My friend told me to do that when I first started my journey. It makes a HUGE difference!
Love this video. I use the LCO method because I have medium porosity and itt has worked well for me. I love Castor oil in my routine because it has done wonders in my hair. I love how you teach the basics of natural hair which is so important. P.S. I didn't notice Brian at all
Brain won’t let me be great lol but thanks 🥰 I’m so glad you liked this video! Castor oil is my fav! I’m mad I didn’t use that oil sooner lol. I love teaching the basics because when I was new it was overwhelming trying to understand this new world. It took a lot of time to teach myself how to maintain healthy hair. I want this channel to cover as much as possible for ppl can get their answers in one place 🥳♥️
Hi Tracy I just found you on youtube and I really like how you break things down.I am a newbie on natural hair journey (1Month )and still need to know alot!!And your videos helps me to educate myself and discover my hair.Thank you for your time.I have high porosity hair and damaged edges:-(...and my goal is to regrow it back, strengthen my hair and treat them better.
Welcome to the family Jackie! Congratulations on your new journey!!!! If you’d like to message me on ig we can talk more about how to grow them back. I had the same issues and found different ways to grow them back. My top three things were: 1. I stopped using my bonnet an switched to a satin pillow care (less tension on my edges) 2. I use KIN Essential’s Hg oil. 3. I stopped trying to achieve slick edges. I allow my edges to act free.
Lol we are opposite curl sisters! 🥰I’m so glad you tried both and found what you liked best. This is why I love natural hair. It’s so unique. Everyone’s hair responds differently just from application alone!
Lol I misread 🙈 we are curl twins!!! I was doing my prepoo while responding... clearly can’t multitask 😂 I’m so glad I did the LOC method. Changed the whole game!
Lol 😂😂😂 hey it happened to me while recording this video 😂😂😂 has to say it slowly l...o...c 😂😂 but cool thing is that our hair prob likes the same things!!!! 💃🏽 I haven’t found anyone really that matches my hair or what my hair likes lol
Hey Tracy👋🏾 Great video! I recently experimented with using just water as my L and did the LCO with a heavy butter and JBCO as my oil and my hair has felt more moisturized over the course of the style then it has in a while. I've been experimenting with wash and goes lately and doing the LOC. I'm low porosity but I don't mind switching up to see what may work better.
How have you been liking the LOC method? So glad you liked the video Cherie! Water is seriously so great for any hair type! I love using water when I’m traveling and can’t pack a lot of hair products.
Yes! Experiment!!! Seriously trying new things really helps to improve hair care. By trying the LOC method I realized I wasn’t giving my hair what it wanted. I’ve never felt this much moisture and definition for that long!
Hey Tracy, I like alot your way of telling every thing and your beautiful soul, I want to thank you alot about all the information that you say it, I do appreciate it alot, and I want to ask you, does putting the creams and oils in orders is gonna do a difference to the hair than we mix all of this in the hand and put it, or it is important to sepatere the steps, I wish I can get an answer, thank you lot of love to you and keep going you are lovely.
Hi, Sophia your the best!!! ♥️ I like to think of this like putting makeup or doing a skin routine. Doing things in order is important. You want the hair to absorb the leave in before adding gels or butters. Hope that makes sense ♥️
Hey Tracy! If you have questions about anything you can always DM me on Instagram at naturally.tracy. Being natural can seen confusing but seriously it’s easy once you get started. A creme can be a styler. So I use a creme that helps with my braid outs. A moisturizer helps prevent breakage. Some creme a have moisturizing properties. Hope that helps!
