Great video Jay. Just so you know that if you go to the safe web site you can down load a template for each safe to see what you can fit in it.

If the battery dies, and you have the keyed lock disabled, you can plug it in and use the keypad/biometric sensor to lock and unlock it.

      Is the safe rechargeable?

It does not come with a biometric sensor, but it is an option. I prefer not to use biometric sensor openers, even for my phone. (same for face recognition)
If for some reason the police, or other people, want to get into your phone, or case*, they can physically, without your consent, force your finger/thumb on the pad to open it. While if it is a combination, they are going to need a search warrant.
      * most states, and federal ruling the police can make you open your safe without a warrant but check your state. North Carolina, for instance, state constitution does not allow police to open the safe. This is in your car, it is different in other locations.
Security and convenience are always a trade off.
In security, Mr Costa gave his full name and phone number (on tape on the case) Personally I would not do that.

random but what about mags and stuff on bottom, thin foam on top of tray with gun on top of that? since gun would be the first thing you go for anyway if need be, hows that fit work?
