Superb design concept!! I only use wood bindings now but many years ago when I used acrylic I used to attach with acetone. I found that I could paint the Acetone on a 6" section of binding and hold it in place for a few seconds and it would adhere very well. It was then just a matter of applying to the next section and holding it in place working my way round. I have guitars which are over forty years old and the binding has never moved so It is a reliable method. ( saves on tape too ). I made a jig way back for binding fingerboards which is a piece of Birch plywood with one fixed fence and one adjustable fence which I adjust to the taper of the Fboard then its a simple matter of gluing on the bindings and pushing the Fboard into the taper which holds it all together without clamps ( makes the job soooo easy ). I look forward to seeing your other projects. Great job!!!
Love the f hole design (I have an inexplicable hatred for traditional f holes on electrics. They are the aesthetic equivalent of nails on a chalk board to me).
Absolutely amazing work! Watching all these to come also.

I need to get a spindle sander like that. Doesn't seem too hard to make!

Thanks! I went through many iterations before I was happy with the design.
