    I’m in awe finding this Waitrose cooks recipe. It’s not complicated or over the top. It’s perfect!! I shopped at my local Waitrose early this morning. found a lovely red cabbage, a couple of cooking apples and red wine vinegar.
    All set for tomorrow cheers 🥂 everyone

    3:47 - "nobody wants mushy cabbage at the end of the day" and proceeds to cook it for one hour until it turns into a fine mush 🤣

    Thanks for another great video. Just wanted to suggest to you to not put the orange border in your thumbnails. It looks quite similar to when RUclips puts a red border on the thumbnail to show users that they’ve already watched the video. I’ve skipped a few of your new videos because at first because I thought I had watched them already.

      @@DjayTriple8 Of course you can't use any jelly. Red currant jelly is a sauce/condiment you have with poultry.

      Perhaps red wine as an alternative. Lots of people can't bare vinegar of any sort. My husband is one!!

    needs at least 3 more apples ... the recipe calls for 1 KILO of apples, not jut 1 apple...

    Sugar? That’s just about ruinous if you’re diabetic, and adds an unnecessary, unhealthy element to an otherwise healthy, delicious vegetable. Just leave it out. Tastes just as good.

      Sugar is used in a lot of onion related dishes.. if you ever eat caramelized onions.. anything pickled... etc it has sugar.

      Braised red Cabbage is a sweet and sour dish needs sugar. You can decide how much to put in
