After 2 years of waiting, we are finally getting to take Penelope and Lincoln BACK TO CHINA!! The flight was LONG, but we are here and excited for this adventure over the next few weeks! First off, a few days in Beijing!

Wow 👏! We never went to China. Nikolas came to us from Hong Kong to San Francisco Cali. We were so nervous on that day Sept 7, 1998. I was happy and terrified, I might not be a good Mom for him. It has all been good 👍! We Love Nikolas and I think he feels the same for us. This journey has been challenging but also uplifting as well. I feel some connections with Lincoln. Whenever I see him I feel some cute heart bubbles popping above my head. He is a masterpiece of the Lord's doing. I leterally cried when he made few steps by himself. I am blessed with a son with down syndrome and He has been my pillar of strength after God of course. He is 9 yrs now though his speech is not clear yet but when I remember where and what we have been through I just look up and thank God for everything. Coz instead of breaking me it made me stronger and WISER. YOU DON'T KNOW MY PAIN THUS YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND MY PRAISE. I praise out of every tough, stressing situation and indeed. I love the cultural trips you try and do for your kids. I love how you spend intentional time with each other. I love your commitment and sacrifice as parents. I love how the KIDS are the ones who are taking initiative and looking after each other. Like my mom had to force all of us. You all as parents lead by example and I love it!
