finishing my first playthrough as being tested as a Hufflepuff on the wizarding world site but my second playthrough will be probably Slytherin but i'll RP him/her (gender not decided on yet) as a greedy person whom turns stuff in for a price and will learn all 3 of the curses (crucio, imperio and avadakadavra)and freely use them in every battle because they are greedy not just for money but for power as well (might have mispelled the curses names but oh well this will have been posted and i dont feel like editing this comment)
Just Platinumed the game today. Did quick runs for Slyth and Huff to the map chamber because it's fairly early. Took my time for Gryphondork cause it's my bad guy all in on the dark arts run. My Ravenclaw is pretty dope though. Gonna have to swap back to him to get that 450 magical offense and defense. Also never got a shiny male Unicorn or shiny female Graphorn.
One if my only complaints about this game. And it's not just this game but when you get all the powers after the campaign. Yeah i totally need Avada kedavra for collecting field guide pages. That and I wish it was a bit more lore friendly. Curfew at night. No fast travel at least within Hogwarts.
No fast travel in Hogwarts has nothing to do with day/night and just means when you tried you were in the middle of a quest that didn't allow fast travel (usually main quests). You can do the main story only up until the last mission then spam out Sebastian's relationship quests until you get the dark arts spells and have a huge chunk of side quests and relationship quests to do with Avada Kedavra. Doing it this way leaves tons of quest related killing to do with all the fun spells.
im trying to finish finding everything before doing the final battle. It's such a beautiful game. The castle itself is amazing. I wished i lived in it.
The side quests unlock with the story as long as you heave the level, in my case after every main mission i unlocked some side quests and by the time i finished the main storyline i also finished all the side quests. As a gryffindor i finished the game 100% with challenges and everything alse possible. I also started and finished the second playthrough and now i am on my 3rd playthrough and next will be my 4th that will get me all the achivements because 3 of the achievements on steam called hidden achievements to complete you need to find the map chamber 4 times as a member of another house. So to get the platinum that's on PS(all achievements) you need to heave 1 playthrough in every house.

However chandler wood did mention at least 2 epic dlcs One obviously is quidditch, but the second is much more intriguing in my opinion. They want to add a ministry of magic police system for those who choose dark magic. Not to mention the addition of diagon alley. @@crow_g1639 Each house has a few unique missions before you reach the map chamber, primarily dealing with HOW you encounter Jackdaw. Hufflepuffs, for example go to Azkaban, while Griffindors meet the Headless Hunt.
One thing I did that was miserable but so worth it was finding all of the shiny beasts. All 4 of my vivariums are shiny parents with a shiny offspring (other than the phoenix)
I'm on my second playthrough with Ravenclaw, and I'm enjoying the game a lot more on the second time through. Ghost of Tsushima is my favorite! Story was so good. Glad you mentioned it.
It is worth to mention that if you choose Hufflepuff you have an exclusive quest in Azkaban. You are only able to go to Azkaban if you choose Hufflepuff. And you unlock the quest early on in the game so it is worth to start a new game with Hufflepuff and play to this point.

what i like to do is farm on the ingredients like toadstool caps and dugbog tongue and spider fang, etc, for when and if they drop a DLC so then i will already have stuff to potentially upgrade fast
Thanks for confirming what I assumed about the challanges and reaching max level. IE, you can only reach max level if you 100% the challanges! I was level 34 when I 'took my owls' and I REALLY don't want to go hunt down every damn merlin trial etc in order to get level 40! At some point, I'll do another palythrough and should be able to choose what I upgrade better knowing that I'll really only reach slightly above level 30. For the moment, I followed your last suggestion and started another playthrough of Star Ocean: The Divine Force.
You don't have to 100% anything to reach level 40. You can literally kill things for xp until you get there. Battle Arenas are great for farming xp from kills and you can do them as many times as you'd like.
@@jasonlebeau1288 Really? Are you SURE about this? I've found that once I complete the full challange for killing a type of enemy (EG spiders) I don't get any more XP from killing them.

For such an amazing game as it was I would be baffled if they dont come out with dlc down the road for it. Like I said I'll be shocked if they don't just because of all the money they've made and they know the fans will get and dlc they drop after beating such a fun dang game
Yeah but how long we would have to wait? I enjoyed soooo much the game the first 50h but then i couldnt stop comparing it to skyrim; the lack of impact you have in the decisions; you cant interect with most of the characters after finishing their quest, not enough quests, … its sad bc its an amazing game but too short and lack of interactions

Try Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Set in early 15th century Bohemia (Modernly Czechoslovakia) During the reign of King Wenceslaus. It follows the adventures of a young man - Henry. He is the son of a Blacksmith (or is he?) and he works his way to become a knight. Its a solo RPG and is as accurate to the medieval period as its possible to be. You learn and upskill as you go following useful and meaningful tasks. Your choices, and how you interact with NPCs DO matter. REALLY matter. Take the most mundane...If you don't eat regularly and properly, you will be less able to fight, or make good decisions. If you don't tend to your kit or your health, it will give you a disadvantage. If you don't wash yourself regularly, and keep yourself clean and presentable depending on who you are speaking to, or if you are rude and abusive, it will affect your "path" through the story. Its beautiful in graphics, the music is stunning, the story is long and immersive. I still have not finished it despite buying it 2 years ago. There are DLCs, one which follows a young woman Theresa, who is no fainting damsel in distress but a woman of her time who can still look after herself, though her story is part sad. As was often in the medieval period for women in times of war. There is part 2 coming out next February which I am looking forward to. Just I have so many other interests and hobbies and of course life things I can't play these for long periods of time so have large gaps between them.

Well, I love the game, but it was not long enough! If it only takes me a week to beat a game, then the game is too pricey. $30 would have been reasonable, not $60. The game was well made but it needs more content.
Besides from two Hogwarts pages that have glitched out i have done everything, found everything, killed everything, every award and have finished another two characters and am halfway with the last one. I don't want this magic to end and i'm scared 😅
great video but not going to lie - I was hoping to find something I haven't done, but I did all of this LOL. I like to do side quests during the story to level up as much as possible. I too, as per below, will finish everything before seeing Weasley, so points 1, 2, and 3 are out for me. I may build a better Room of Requirement, but I think I will get tired of that fairly quickly. I guess I 'might' play again whilst I await Skull and Bones, but I will probably replay some old stuff. Oh, and if Skull and Bones had released as it should then I wouldn't have purchased this game. It's good, but AU$100 for a game to last but 3-4 weeks isn't that great a deal. It is not very often I will buy at full price as I am limited in pocket money, but I do get tired of the old stuff after awhile, but usually forced to go back to it.
The beauty in owning this game is it's replayability. Play it now. Play it again in a year or two. Play it again a couple years after that. It will be enjoyable every time until the gameplay/graphics get massively outdated.
I hope that soon a new trailer for hogwarts legacy comes out. Where we find out that instead of a new game, it's the next semester with a brand new AWSOME adventure.

Aside from fun dialog differences there are only a couple places where being mean has an actual affect on the game itself. There are a couple merchants who, if you make the evil choice, will no longer sell to you. It's not really a big deal because you can just floo to another vendor but it is a little annoying when you go to sell some stuff randomly while out and about and get turned down because you're a big stinky meany poopoo head.
@@jasonlebeau1288 good to know. Maybe I'll still be nice to vendors but mean to everyone else 😉😂
Please lord give us DLC. Goblet of Fire DLC would be extreme. So much we could do with this game. I’ve already defeated all of it
They said they aren't adding DLC. So it's not happening
@@WPUpioneer To quote Eric J Brown, lead story-tech from avalanche:
A better way to frame Alan's response to the DLC question, is to remember that we've only launched on half of our SKUs so far. There are people out there who still don't have a game in their hands yet, and we don't want to short-change those folks.
its happeningggg
I wish there was a ng+ so I could restart the game in a new house without a new character and the main difference being since we already have the spells we can skip the "assignments" prior to learning them so as to not waste a bit of time.
I LOVE that you included Fallout New Vegas. That is by far my favorite game in the series. It was and still is perfect in my eyes.
thank you sir, i needed to hear “Go play something else”. Such an amazing game i was worried to
leave it! but i’m glad i was able to play and enjoy it as much as i did, reluctantly on to something else 😢
do a full playthrough of all 4 houses lol!!
Honestly I finished the main story and I've been so busy with the beasts 😅 I wish we had more interactions. Anyone else find a Golden Thestral???
Nope but i got the golden unicorn 🦄
ATTENTION VIEWERS: if you havent played dragon age inquisition and are looking for something after hogwarts.. buy it.. its one of my favorite games of all time. i loved hogwarts but it is over 10x as enjoyable. The sequel is coming out next year so, youre welcome!
Only thing I have left is to restart the game for each of the three other houses.
If you like creation, decorating. Do fantastic builds in your vivariums and room of requirements. Collect beast shines. And breed shiney offspring.
This game is so good! Currently grinding post story
I am on round 2 as a Hufflepuff, first time was Ravenclaw. Love your suggestions! 😊
finishing my first playthrough as being tested as a Hufflepuff on the wizarding world site but my second playthrough will be probably Slytherin but i'll RP him/her (gender not decided on yet) as a greedy person whom turns stuff in for a price and will learn all 3 of the curses (crucio, imperio and avadakadavra)and freely use them in every battle because they are greedy not just for money but for power as well (might have mispelled the curses names but oh well this will have been posted and i dont feel like editing this comment)
@@williamsearcy8981I did all that as a hufflepuff on first time playing. Am I bad? 😂
Or option 6, just keep playing Hogwarts Legacy on repeat like me 😂
One if my only complaints about this game.
Well Dan, if you need a game with Choice and Consequence after Hogwarts, I think it's time to dust off Wasteland 3.
Are you washed in the blood of the lamb?

Jeeze 3 already ys got a life lol
@@stevorules1820 to be fair not much, i heave a health issue that can't be cured so i am not allowed to work and do a lot of stuff so most of the time i am on pc :).
@@MrGabyGaming well dang sorry to hear that. Was only joking around cuz I'm like 60 hours in amd just beat the main campaign. Although I may have fallen asleep a couple times playing after taking some edibles before bed.
@@stevorules1820 No probem, i am 150hours into the game :).
It's always a treat when BigDan releases a new video
I finished all the side quests before I finished the game bc I found them more interesting than the main quest, especially Sebastians story
Do NOT open an large empty cage in one of the Northern camps.
If you do, you can't open the cage later, to rescue Biscuit the mooncalf (the lock is gone, and the cage won't open).
This will keep you from getting to level 40. You can't skip ANY missions.
fixed in the latest update! finally got my 100%!
100% the game on my main ravenclaw
85% done on my evil slytherin
50% done with my herbology hufflepuff
And 35% done with my Quidditch captian griffendor
I was kinda shocked with that last option, play another game? Uh nah. I'll just get the other 3 to 100% then wait for dlc in my common room.
no dlc planned, though they're gonna franchise the game ! and so we'll have some of that sexy quidditch game maybe ! or perhaps a dueling multiplayer game
@@nahashammon1081 well obviously not right now. They still are getting last gen working smoothly.
That was a expected response for a question so early.
However chandler wood did mention at least 2 epic dlcs
One obviously is quidditch, but the second is much more intriguing in my opinion.
They want to add a ministry of magic police system for those who choose dark magic.
Not to mention the addition of diagon alley.
Much like a house with good foundation this game is the perfect catalyst to expand on. Especially after seeing the stats already. Over 200 BILLION dark wizards killed collectively, and also already generated more money than the fantastic beasts films did.
@@leonlacroix2638 swear they're gonna make dlcs before !!!!???
@@nahashammon1081 not before, I'd say give it half a year for them to announce something. If not sooner.

Beat a game isnt doing the primary quests tho, is doing EVERYTHING.
Isadora's Ball of Emotional Magic is the perfect description of it, yet I can't stop laughing 😂
I will probably replay the game when they announce dlc. I am currently waiting for Wo Long Fallen Dynasty demo to drop on Friday.
You're gonna be waiting until Hogwarts Legacy 2
They're not adding DLC and they've already said there won't be any

You better give me my romance DLC Avalanche..
Y’know what I learnt from this video. If you zoom out enough it shows you the AREA LEVELS!!
If you've only done two playthroughs, you haven't 100 percented the game. There are locked Steam Achievements for all 4 houses. If you want EVERYTHING, you still have two houses to go. At least up to the Map Chamber.
That is not end game content buddy that's just restarting an account because they were to lazy to add more content
@@crow_g1639 Each house has a few unique missions before you reach the map chamber, primarily dealing with HOW you encounter Jackdaw. Hufflepuffs, for example go to Azkaban, while Griffindors meet the Headless Hunt.
Lol, the "ain't nobody got time fo dat" really got me 😂
One thing I did that was miserable but so worth it was finding all of the shiny beasts. All 4 of my vivariums are shiny parents with a shiny offspring (other than the phoenix)
Anybody else's map showing you have chests etc to find still even though you've opened them?
I’m on my 3rd play threw as a Slyverin and your right about each house having different ways of meeting Jack
I have decided that I too, shall make a d*ckhead character and terrorize Hogwarts by doing side quests.
well on PS4 i'm planning on platinum the game and all i have to do now is do 3 more playthroughs to get the trophies for the other 3 houses plus i just enjoy having multiple characters in games like this, skyrim and others that involve a multiple save slots and character creation
You are the only person I have heard finally mention Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West. They're such great games and I'm so excited for Burning Shores DLC coming April 19th!
I absolutely loved this game. Played on pc. Graphics are outstanding and the storyline is magical ✨️
what i like to do is farm on the ingredients like toadstool caps and dugbog tongue and spider fang, etc, for when and if they drop a DLC so then i will already have stuff to potentially upgrade fast
Forgot to mention complete all treasure vaults, rescue all shiny beasts: male and female and have all shiny offsprings (hyppogriff, graphorn and unicorn are the hardest to find)
Ok, I agree with them all, except the last one 😂.

Play kingdom of amular rekoning if you like rpg games. It's a relatively unpopular game but its really fun
Another thing you can do: Set all of your clothing transmog to None. You run around in 1800s long johns, and many NPCs comment on your choice of clothing. I also wore only the pumpkin head for a while. Now that's a look!
The fedora while being mean is a nice touch
I've already 100% Completed all zones and the Field Guide, I am a Ravenclaw afterall, I am a seeking of knowledge and wants to learn all there is :D
Obviously I'm planning four different Playthroughs, one for each House and I've already completed my Griffindor Playthrough as well so Nex up is my Hufflepuff, and then I'll go through as Slytherin.
I’m on my 3rd play through. Trying to do all 4 houses. I keep discovering new things and places I missed in previous play throughs.
I was side questing tf outta this game lol only did main missions when I absolutely had to progress to unlock spells, and other quests etc. By the time I finished the main story all I had left was really like a few pages to my guide lol level 36 lol was trying my hardest to hit 40 before i finished tho lol
How funny. Literally just started the witcher 3 after I beating hogwarts. Definitely filled that void of an RPG
Been playing multiple characters all at once. I could honestly play this game until I die of old age.
Clearing every bandit camp over and over with perfect protegos while on my morning constitutional. That's my endgame now.
One of my top priorities in this game was to learn all the Unforgivable Curses, and I did!!!
"Things to do after beating a game: Play another game!" love that
Just finished the game yesterday. Played the good girl. Ravenclaw. Made all the nice decisions. I just started a new character a male in Slytherin & im gonna be such an AH to see how it turns it out. So it was funny hearing u say the same thing. 😂
Lol I love these types of videos. After you beat the game you can now beat the game 😂
This is my plan as soon as I finish my first Playthru I’m 51% finished, I am going to play the evil card on the next play through. Lol an evil Hufflepuff because apparently you can’t visit Azkaban unless you are a Hufflepuff which is kind of dumb. I’m very much looking forward to it. Lol thank you for this video. It’s great.
I have already done some of these and I am just on Poppy second mission. 92% complete but have not done second playthrough yet.
Great content bro
diamond achievements sound so fucking dope when you unlock them compared to plat trophies
I'm blown away hearing that the same man voiced Harlow and Cullen.... nani?!
Well, I love the game, but it was not long enough! If it only takes me a week to beat a game, then the game is too pricey. $30 would have been reasonable, not $60. The game was well made but it needs more content.
I played the shit out of cyberpunk then played through Red Dead 2 and now finally able to get to playing this!
I recently platinumed the game. Its great
i finished this game with all 100% completion, all collection, all steam archivment, and all shiny beast, now i play harry potter from 1 to 7 part 2
Um Dan question from me what if I’m tired of this game should just keep playing is that ok
However, I'm on my second playthrough and I plan to just go right through the main story line and save the side quests for after I defeat Ranny
Lol not me waiting for you to give me something else to do after completing everything only for you to list multiple RPGs that I’ve already played 😂😂
I felt like I got tricked into finishing the main story...go talk to San bakar and then you are basically non stop going with no choice.
I intended to keep the gobstones round two but I couldnt manage it when she asked for them. Killing poachers with death spell no problem 😅
I figure I'll go back to playing either No Man's Sky, Going Medieval or Ultima Online. Something like that ... or maybe Skyrim... for the 4,000 time.
*OG’s finish the campaign last! There’s was nothing left for me to do after I had finished the campaign besides stress over the 149 / 150 field guide bug THAT NEEDS TO BE PATCHED SO I CAN GET PLATINUM*
After doing countless fetch quests for cinematic scenes from lifeless characters, you can do more fetch quests for cinematics from lifeless characters. 😂
So I just played the game to 100%
Then I get this video recommended to 100% the game.
Wow best tip ever bye
100% ❤❤❤
Y’all I always like to do the side quest every single side quest that I can and then go back and forth to the main quest
thanx for showing that the game is finished when you have 100% i thought its finished on 86%
Well, then again if I do follow what you are advising isn’t it going to get dull after some time? Repeating the quests with no major objective merely ones that are separate from one another
There are 4 Trophies that are locked finding the Map Room with you being in a different House.
So that the very least if someone want's all the Trophies they must play the game 3 more time's in a different House at least until they find the Map Room.
I did all the side quests before i got the cup. The cup was the last think i got. I have gotten everything. Every treasure vault. Every merlin trial every collection chest field guide page all of it
I too, as per below, will finish everything before seeing Weasley, so points 1, 2, and 3 are out for me.
Playing now with Hufflepuff because of the Jack Storyline and playing as. Bad Guy 😊
Love this mate! Did you unleash the magic? I intend to but in good intentions bruv…! 😭🚨
I walk thru those damn stairwells so much! That i actually collected like 2-3 sets of hidden letters inside hogwarts 😂😂
Been going through my backlog and have been playing Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, must have gotten it during a big sale and forgot about it.
I hope that soon a new trailer for hogwarts legacy comes out. Where we find out that instead of a new game, it's the next semester with a brand new AWSOME adventure.
This is the first time i think ive ever seen a video that says here's what to do after you beat a game play a different game 😂
