They are just literally moving their body. Unless you are paralyzed you too can do everything they are doing. It is very very very basic movement. And really only works with the female body. The men are not aggressive enough as there is way more body movement for men to imitate as the idea of a man dancing is power and showing off. So yea you are capable of everything they are doing here.

Watching these videos & listening to the music reminds me of younger years going to clubs & concerts in the early 90s in Detroit. Grew up on industrial music. KMFDM, Front 242, Revco, Ministry, Nitzer Ebb ( probably butchering the spelling). Glad to see it hasn't changed much in the decades since then & others are enjoying it too.
i absolute love goth anything..from structure in Germany and wherever else to cloths and style dance and song and they always nice and good hearted.. when i first come to usa, it was they who held my hand and guided so debt due
