I lived by the coast my whole life but never had the money to do something as great as this. Hopefully we discover more amazing creatures thanks to your submarines!
He self admitted that he's kind of a modern day hippie by saying he doesn't carry a cell phone early in his speech. I'd say after knowing that its not that shocking to learn he occasionally walks around barefoot. Credit to him btw as I want to not require a cell phone to get through life as well.
