    This is really good. I'm guessing you've read 'Moonwalking with Einstien'.
    Is there a chance you can talk about some of the steps/daily training you did to refine your process?
    Or is it in the book?

      I haven't read it actually, but just had a quick look and it's on my list to read now so thank you!
      Honestly, a lot of friends and family members have commented their concern that my memory isn't great and I've been researching ways to improve it. I read a lot of scripts, listen to a lot of songs, and change my passwords as much as often to random letters and numbers and try to remember them.
      I find the passwords give me the extra sense of need to remember them because it will be an issue if I can't remember them!
      Hopefully my memory will improve over time 😅
