If the new one kept that and made it more slanting like the newer TT, I would have bought the new A7. I guess if Audi allowed customization I would love A/S/RS7 with the 2012 front and the 2018 rear with the one long taillight. Interior like that of Etron GT hahaha a lot to ask right 😜

These cars are almost un-ownable with the steel brakes. Once you factor in the cost of replacing rotors and pads every couple years (if you daily the car), you might as well get something else that costs more. The CCB's, while expensive, basically last the life of the car. There have been almost no reported failures, and the only maintenance is pads.
Probably oil strainer issue. When there doesnt go any oil to the turbo, it can break the turbo's down. When the turbo breaks, metal pieces go towards the chargecooler, chargecooler sends them to the intake manifold = engine dead. To keep it a short and simple explanation.
Man it almost makes you not want to tune after hearing that everyone is blowing their engines lol. I have an e85 tune done on my 5.0 and the engine was gone after 6 months.

It actually bothers me heavily that the gear leaver works in the completely OPPOSITE way a sequential shifter works. Why would Audi do that?!
Same here. It is easier to shift up by pulling back when accelerating than pushing forward.

I think they changed it in the newer models. This RS7 is pretty “old”.
It was the same in the Golf MK5 so i think it's carried over from VW.
But it isn't a sequential gearbox.
