Bringing Radiant Light to Community (BRLC) MUSC 2019 Closing Function and Prize Giving Ceremony

Bringing Radiant Light to Community(BRLC) initiated Motivational Program for Underprivileged School Children (MUSc)-2019 at Pilkuni Primary School. November 21, 2019 marked the closing function and prize giving ceremony of the four month long MUSC project.
MUSC-2019 is a non-formal educational programme which had two goals.On one side, it aimed at engaging the young people studying in different universities in community service activities, i.e. to work in the underprivileged primary schools so that they could develop sustainable lifestyle, promote a culture of peace and non-violence and enhance their qualities to become global citizen. On the other hand, the complementary edutainment programme worked as a filler to minimize the gap ignored by the mainstream education system. Our non-formal education project significantly developed the target learner’s cognitive skills, flourished their latent faculty, nurtured their multiple intelligences and enhanced their real life skills.
