      Here cause I’m 17 and my employer expected me to work for 6 months on student wage when by law since I’m done high school even though I’m not 18 until December and I graduated June 1st and not going to college for at least a year two they’re still paying me student wage instead of the minimum when I requested to be out at the minimum rate the day I graduated and was denied saying it’s store policy that I need to be 18 like the stores policy is above the law

      Yes....vacation pay wasn't pd by employer. Employer lied about vacation having been taken when it was not. We had kept notes, we had info . Employer did not keep proper records, just verbal lies so he ended up paying through our claim to Employment Standards. It takes time though. Better than having to pay a lawyer.

    I'm wondering why it doesn't send my completed form.i wasted so much time then it wouldn't submit I don't know why I press submit many tines it doesn't go through.and I lost it after

      Did you get this sorted out? I presume you can file a claim by phone, if need be.
