to those confused on how he did it, he basically did whats called waiting at the gens for them to go off. if they aren't going off, its likely ventilation is down or broken, so thats why he suddenly went to the arcade because he knew the arcade was going off because the gens weren't going off. and usually if arcade goes down gens has to wait to fail. also sorry but the section where the power out was pure luck, he is super lucky golden freddy didn't spawn immediately when the power went out.
