The 2 Biggest Missteps When Transitioning to a New Digital Tool (in your business)

Two questions I want you to ask yourself when you are transitioning to a new digital tool:
1) How many problems am I solving with this one tool??
Most often people only think about solving 1 or 2 problems in the one tool, but I want to encourage you to step back and see what other problems could be solved - and if there is a better software that would be better suited.
2) Have we thought through a plan on HOW the transition is going to be set up (and communicated it to the entire company)?
