      If you are paying a monthly fee for Google Workspace then it is worth resetting the password to get logged back in! Paid GW users have access to their customer service who can help you get back in. Best of luck!

    Can you make group appointments (allowing multiple people to book one slot)? And if so how? Thank you

      No, this will not allow you to book multiple people in one time slot. Once a slot is selected, it will no longer be available as an option. I’m not familiar with a tool that will allow that. You could however provide a poll to your group and when they provide their selection of time slot, you can add them manually to a Google calendar event for the time slot they selected. Best wishes to you! Let me know if you find a scheduling tool that allows for groups to select an appointment time.

      An email confirmation is part of this feature but the sms text message is not. You could however explore a third party automation program like Zapier to determine if this could be possible with additional solutions and set up. Reach out if you need support with that set up.

    I hoped to see more of the location setup and if there is a way to have them pay before scheduling as this is a big part of what Calendly does for me. Maybe I can't replace Calendly just yet.     It appears to be interesting, especially if I can include adding a Zoom Meeting and be able to send them to PayPal for my fee based meetings. Also, this feature is not available on Business Starter version of Google Workspace. Thanks, Carrie

      Not directly but perhaps it will come as Google continues to build out this feature. However, it’s possible to include a payment link in a follow up message or email to collect payment.     So what's your opinion between Honeybook's scheduler vs Google?

      I'd say that if Honeybook scheduler is working well for you then stick with it. It's always best to stay within your main platform when you can in order to take advantage of other automations this appointment could trigger. Sharing a Google schedule link via an email sent from HoneyBook is possible but the system won't recognize when the appointment has been booked and therefore couldn't trigger the next step which might include sending a form or a contract. Would you agree?

    Calendar in the dock is displaying the wrong month plus probably the hour as well rather than the date. Is there anyway to change this?

      Thanks for the feedback! It’s easiest to make the change while logged in from a browser as opposed to the calendar app. To change the colors put your cursor to the right of the calendar name in the navigation menu on the left side of your screen.     Quick tip: when you record a video, turn your phone/camera to landscape view. This way, when your viewers are viewing on their phones (like I am now) they can actually see more than a narrow strip of video in the middle of the screen. Thanks. 😊

      @@hajmi and Lucas sorry for the delay in this reply. I better check my comment notification settings because I didn't see this until now. When you say you can't make the google app sync without opening it, I'm guessing you mean that when you add an event through your web browsers version of the Google Calendar that it doesn't appear in the app version until you open the app. If the app is already open, it's true that the latest event added to the calendar may not appear until you "refresh" or reopen the app. With the latest version of the Google app, I find it appears within seconds though. What version of the app are you using? @lucassobrinho
