I made a poncho, like you said, in a weekend! It only took me the Saturday and Sunday. I made mine inspired by mint chocolate chip ice cream :) the neck is a dark brown, then 5 rows I switched to a light brown, 5 more rows switched to a cream with speckled brown, 5 more rows then to a light/mint green, and then to finish it off I used a dark green. Your tutorial is very easy to follow, and I appreciate you giving your pattern to everyone for use. Many of creations can come out of this!

It took me a bit (a few unravels and resets😉) to get the hang of the single crochets and making sure I had the correct 80 stitches, etc...but as you advised, once the neck is properly made, it's smooth sailing. Your tutorial is very thorough and easy to follow, and I appreciate the work you put into sharing your expertise and patterns.

      Mark Mullins II
Take the count of stitches minus 2 for each corner (say 70 - 2= 68) then divide remaining stitches in half for each side (68 / 2 = 34) so 34 stitches between two corners.

Thank you So Much for your Very Easy to follow instructions for this Poncho. I did manage to complete this in 5 days for my Granddaughter. She was so delighted with my garment, that I decided to make another one for her.Unfortunately because I had like a previous follower,I went into another saved Poncho. So after the neck 3 rows.I was completely lost,so had to rip it all out.So have spent quite a few hours here today to get my Poncho up and running. You explain it more easily than a lot of tutorials I have been into.I was always a knitter in my younger years.Have only took this up with this Pandemic. I learned how to do Rainbows. Was so uplifting for me and has fair put in my lockdown time. But then it was.....What else can I do to put in my time.So my Granddaughter suggested a Poncho. Very Chuffed with my Achievement...I then decided I would like to try a Cardigan for myself...I have been in to U tube and have tried and ripped out 5 times now.So thus the reason for another Poncho. But decided to look into your feedback!!!!Couldn’t believe that you also had a Cardigan. So will be looking more into what you have put out there. Thanks Again🙏Very Much Appreciated.👏You are helping a whole lot of people out here to put in our Lockdown,by helping us to be able to crochet where before we never thought it was possible. So again “THANK YOU”🙏🌈❤️

Watching how it builds up is so relaxing and helps more to understand the link for each new row instead of rewinding the video. It would be satisfying as well to see the finishing. As a beginner, I'm loving this poncho pattern. I had to take a chance on a different yarn since I can't wear acrylic, and my yarn seems a bit thinner than yours, but it is working out well nevertheless. It was a little scary starting out on the neckline and I was relieved when I could tell that the shape was working out correctly. Now I am just making rounds until I decide it is long enough for my preferences, and I can't wait to wear it! Thanks very much for your clean instructions!

I think this was very easy I went on a lot of The other channels and they do it so quick and you just can’t get it I’ve been doing crocheting all my life.. I had a very nasty attack of septicaemia and when is in hospital for a very long time on life-support and now I have brain damage some say I brain-damaged before but that’s the funny side. But I .even got this it was really good and she was very easy she speaks very good English not double Dutch so I give it a thumbs up 1000 times

Anja: This pattern is ABSOLUTELY LOVELY💝 I just finished a Drawstring Bag in white for my Mother Inlaw (i made it slightly larger purse sized) & I'm making a Blanket now, in single color rows (I LOVE IT) and am half way done already in about a week. Ive never crocheted so fast as i am with your designs. The only trouble i have is tingling hands now & then!! Thank goodness its not constant, just sporatic after working a long time. Thank you SOOO MUCH for the Wonderful work & Excellent Instruction you do. I wish I'd found you 40 yrs ago so i could have done so much more!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!💝💓💞
