@@JorgenD-original always fun to stop by this market. I liked the new section that they have added to it. A great little food court to sit and relax in. I plan on seeing Tamirind and Cicada night markets also while I’m here.
We ate at KO Seafood a couple of nights ago and listened to the band across the way. I may go to the Chang stage tonight, but there may not be any beer served again today. Buddhist Wan Khao Phansa

@@desmcleod2604 we just came down for the weekend. Monday is a holiday so jumped on the train. Have to be back to work on Tuesday in Bangkok. I don’t know much about retiring here. I’m on a marriage visa and have to jump through the hoops with that every year.

My question is as a 70s year old single ×woman not interested in a romantic relationship but rather to make friends with others like myself and. Is that there as it is in other countries l have looked into? Or will l be a unicorn?
people will be nice to you wherever you go , therell be a bunch of retirees everywhere . id say this would be your safest bet for a safe holiday , just make sure to watch some videos about tuktuk scams and stuff before you go
No, Thailand is such a great country. You will meet people everywhere. Especially in Hua Hin I have heard. Many expats and retired people. In many bars with for example live music people from all genders and ages have a good time. Best Country I have ever been..
