Not really dice tried to copy call of duty after the 2nd battlefield and the games have been ass. They’re like those platinum hits games on the PlayStation that you pick up a couple years after release for 20 bucks cause you know they’re shit and not worth the full price lol. The OG battlefields were the best especially bf Vietnam and bf2 those are some real classic games.

BF4 is really good but BF3 was special. Maybe it's the nostalgia 😂
I would agree, but the tickrate, class imbalance and suppression ruined some moments (still played 650Hours). BF4 had a better class balance and less suppression. In BF4 Rush - mode was overtaken by conquest, the map design for rush was so much better in BF3 - so I personally could not enjoy rush as I once did. I'm a bit torn here... Hopefully the next Battlefield can combine the best traits of BF3 & BF4.

It’s frankly amazing to see that BF3 and BF4 are still holding up to this day, especially BF3 since it wasn’t even a current gen game. A 2011 game, almost 2 generations ago now, is still among the best.
BF3 has been my favorite since it came out and I wish they would remaster it for the next Battlefield
Same here. I'm beginning to think they're not remastering BF3 because it might stop gamers purchasing BF6 in 2021, which will also be based on modern warfare. Problem is they raised the bar big time with BF3, would be very hard to make a game that is even better. It came out in 2011 and is still better than any CoD game produced since
@@youjustreadthis897 honestly if I got a computer bc I'm xbox player, with the graphics on pc I would think it's a brand new game. Its physics and way the game is played could never be rematched by COD or most Battlefield games
They should remaster BF2, the best one before they started trying to like CoD.

I can still find full servers on PS3, but only for tdm conquest and rush.
@@zweb262 europe servers have a nice dlc server that is often full. I find it plays good from east coast anyway but sometimes you get killed after clearly hiding behind something but that might be bf3 and not lag I dunno. Still runs good enough to play on.
God bless the xbox game pass, because there are still dozens of servers live on xbox one.

BF3 makes me so nostalgic. The glory days of gaming for me
I would literally pay $200 for a new battlefield that would combine the gameplay of BF3 and BF4 with some new maps and improvements to graphics, netcode, etc...
But bf1 gameplay was also pretty lit ngl

It's called map design, an important factor that people don't take into consideration. Bf3 had some of the best map designers in the industry working on it, that's why it plays so interestingly and fluidly. Then people started leaving DICE, and complete dimwits took their place (see bf5). That is also the reason why bf4, being way more rich in content and graphics, feels kinda lame compared to bf3.

@VoxPixels i think it will because jack posted the video on how they kinda just threw out bfV, but they were working on this next one before bfV or something, i dont really remember, but i have a feeling they are going to make it good again like bf3 and bf4, but i hope they make the sniping as good as they did in BF1, and i also liked how they made every gun have recoil like they did, it added a good skill element, not like cod, where everything is a lazer! But please bring back the ammount of guns and attatchments! It made it fun!
