Mpoomy listening skills are impeccable. Her ability to listen through, pick important aspects and share her insightful wisdom whilst still ensuring that the speakers shine through their stories. Is AMAZING.
Listen, she is impeccable🥹❤️, a complete pleasure to watch every single time. So much so that i have to watch all her episodes on my TV screen at home, the aura almost feels my home! I could go on but yoh!❤️
Mpoomy is such a great interviewer/host. She lets her guests finish telling a story without them feeling rushed🤍 love this so much about her podcast ❤️❤️❤️
I always felt that Shudu was a bit closed off and this interview has really made everything clear. I love how passionate she is about protecting her mental well-being, reminds me so much of myself ❤
Hearing Shudu speak for the first time, I can see why she won because she's extremely intelligent and we'll spoken. Very poised and graceful and absolutely gorgeous😍
The one thing that stood out for me in this episode/ video is when Vongai is said she is so self-aware. I think being self-aware is something that is not spoken of a lot, being self aware will save you from so much pain, judging yourself and not trusting yourself. Its so important that in all seasons you remain so self-aware that you know where your journey is going. If i was asked to say something to a woman out there today is forever be self-aware, it's going to help you understand the journey. It's going to help you forgive yourself and moreover anything it's going to keep you resilient. ❤Happy Womens Month Queens
Mpoomy is an expert at this. Give her flowers 💐 for beautiful interview ❤ she gives all 3 of these very different ladies a fair chance. Beautiful episode
That woman who y’all are taking about, who you want to inspire to be free willed and aware, resilient and assertive is me. You are positively impacting me at the moment. I am moving and never looking back
"Motherhood has made me lonely", Vongai. Shuuuu that hit me in my gut, But I know for Vongai and myself I wouldn't change the opportunity of being a Mother for anything ❤ Love to these woman
I keep chocking on this conversation. The Holy spirit has me going back to scriptures, confirming some of the things you've touched. The holy spirit agreeing with how we all cannot be at forefront of Some of us have to be in production, some on set, some on wardrobe for his purpose to come together and manifest. Phillipians 2:25, Paul mentions Epaphroditus as a true brother, co-worker and fellow soldier . He did all these great things behind the scenes scenes. We only get to hear of them in just one verse. I'm so grateful for this Installment.❤
Absolutely love this comment 🥹♥️… We’re each parts making up the body of Christ. The head may not be as good important as (just an example) the foot but each one is important in its own way. Without one, the body is affected in a great way.
Thank you for this amazing podcast ladies. I can relate to most of the things mentioned and I used to think I was alone in my struggles. I grew up in a small town and there weren't that many tall people, I was name called and shamed, and my whole life I thought I was just a weirdo, I don't belong, God should have made me shorter like all the girls and boys my age. I remember being heartbroken when my crush thought I was good-looking but couldn't date me cause I'm taller than him- What a wow!😂😂 Most of my childhood I kept to myself, I stopped playing outside with other kids. I'm now 27 years and I still don't like to be looked at. I hide under the mask I have learned to put on, that I'm strong and I don't care who's looking, but inside I'm trembling. I dealt with my struggles alone and I could not discuss them with my family or my mom. I moved to Jozi (Gauteng) and found more tall people, and I felt better. Almost everyone thinks I should be a model but I still don't like attention, I would rather bury myself in books😂😂 I'm learning to live a little and not care who is watching for real vs acting like I don't really care, go wherever without feeling like people will think I'm a weirdo. Thank you for this platform @Mpoomy🙏🙏
Omw, please bring Shudu back, alone🥺❤️❤️❤️ I relate to her bullying story sooo much. And seeing where she is rn!! She is so amazing please. I'm so inspired. I just love her 🥰
My favorite potcast is yours mpoomy, you inspire us alot, some might not give you flowers because that's how we are as black people we wait for people to die then we start realizing and recognizing the impact they made,,,, you are absolutely amazing at what you do sis.. Keep up the good work, and never listen to haters who keep criticizing you, they are just hurt and they envy your work.. We love you ❤️
A wise woman once said to me " Khuleka mtanami, ukube uyaz ukuthi makukhuleka wena nami ngyathuka, so Khuleka mtanami" That was my maternal grandmother in my university years. That's when I realised my gift of praying because I didn't notice it before she mentioned it. It always happened organically and I took no notice in its power. From there I grew as a woman🥺. So grateful for that moment and every other moment from then🙏💚
Honestly fell in love with Shudu. I saw a side of her that I have not see before. Mpoomy you will forever have my heart, this talk was so impactful. i have great respect for the other ladies too. Loved everything about this.
My new favorite thing to do is listening to your podcast. Thank you for asking the right questions. Posted on my WhatsApp status today "what are you reading or which book would you recommend" no one replied 🥴 now I've picked up 5 books from this conversation. Modimo ke star 😁.
Mpoomy you have created such a great platform. It was such a great conversation to listen to. I loved the snippet where Vongai realised that she was in fact bullied but how a strong home environment can counteract the effects that bullying can have. It leaves us with such a huge responsibility within the context of a family ❤

Yho this is such a special episode for me because when Mpoomy shared her story about being sexually assaulted I remembered the sexual abuse I had repressed for so many years. These conversations are so important. Thank you ladies for sharing your stories ❤
What a Motivation you'all are amazingly incredible. I really enjoyed, I cried, I smiled, but most important part of this gathering was making me aware that there is nothing wrong with me.

Thank you so much for this. As someone who crew up being told everything that was wrong with me. This contributed a fraction to the healing and wholeness that God is currently doing in me. 1 Corinthians 10:13 realizing that every temptation I struggled with my brothers and sisters around the world have also struggled with the same. Jeremiah 29:11 (And I just put this second scriptures here). God all works out for good at the end. ❤
