- My unboxing review on the Gamesir T3S.
I bought this, because I want symmetrical stick controller that I can use on the Switch. I even got for just $15 during a sale. I've used it for over a week now, no issues so far. I already Gamesir for quality product, as I use the T4 mini a lot.
Pros
-Easy pairing (with color coded led)
-Affordable
-Multiplatform support (PC, Switch, iOS, Android)
Cons
-No capture button for switch
-No NFC/Amiibo
-No motion controls
-Micro USB charging
-No way to store the usb dongle on the controller
-Standard potentiometer sticks
All in all, it's a pretty good controller, especially if you can get it a a low price. At $30 though probably not, the new Cyclone controllers are much better.
I also paired it to my android tablet, but Honkai Star Rail considers it as not compatible.
Next will my review on the Gamesir T4 Cyclone Pro, the most affordable hall sensing controller.

Thanks for the video! The controller looks like an excellent Dualshock 4 replacement if the one that I use for my PC ever dies.
Is the build quality close to original ps gear? Im looking for a xinput controller with PS layout like this

I don't play xbox games specifically, but it will work. USB dongle is x-input on PC.
I just purchased this controller. I'm planning to use it mostly for retro games. Can you tell me what the Clear button and the Turbo button does? Also, what happens? If you lose the dongle? Can you still buy a generic one and it will work?
@@Macktube Turbo function is for simulate rapid pressing, instead of mashing a button, you can just hold a button. Clear is for clearing turbo function. Just read the manual. Regarding dongle you can't replace it with any dongle it has to be for T3S only.
Is it drift resistant or is like a ps4&5 controller, where it only lasts a month due to games like Cod or fortnite?
It's standard potentiometer sticks, not hall effect. If you're worried about drift either get the new budget Nova Lite or the more premium Cyclone Pro. If you want similar symmetrical sticks then get the new 8bitdo Pro 2 Hall Edition.
Is the trigger button just as good as the Dualshock 4? I'd like to buy T3s for racing games.
Yes, they feel exactly the same.
In the middle of my game, the lights turned from yellow to red and the XY and AB buttons flipped. I've been trying for an hour to figure out how to flip them back. So far, nothing works. Does anyone know how to flip the buttons back to normal?
There's no yellow led when it's paired to any mode on mine. Red led means it's on nintendo switch mode (abxy are flipped). What device are you using? Also if you have an android phone, try install the gamesir app and update the controller firmware.

I figured it out. I leave this here for others who might have this same problem and end up at your video looking for a solution, just as I did.
To get back into PC mode (To get out of Switch mode):
1.) Turn the controller off.
2.) Press and hold [X + Home] until the controller's light start blinking.
3.) If they blink green, press the pairing button on the USB receiver and wait for them to pair. If they blink any other color, start over.
It is not be necessary to turn it on with [X + Home] each time, just the once to get it back into PC mode.

Still working great. Already own a few controllers from gamesir, no problems so far.
We use gamesir T3s and it's identical to T3. Works flawlessly without lags or any problems on RE4 and Ninja Gaiden Master Collection for PC✌️

The X button went out yesterday on mine. It's a shame because I liked it more than the stratus duo.
What's the difference between the t3s and t3? It's not clear. Thanks buddy
T3S has bluetooth mode, while T3 only connects via usb dongle and usb port.

What's the solution !? I want to play PUBG on the tablet with controllers. What should I do? Or what do you advise me !؟❤
There is no solution, the game doesn't support controllers. There's nothing you can do, touch mapping can get you banned as pubg is multiplayer pvp.
Does vibration/rumble work under iOS / Android?
Afaik Android no, iOS can't say because I don't own an iphone/ipad.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 9 tablet. If I buy this controller, can I play PUBG with this controller on the tablet !!!??? Thx ❤
No, because pubg doesn't support controller.

There are no deadzones
How's the dpad with 2D fighting games?
It can be good for fighting games, if you're used to dualshock 4 d-pad. It has the same membrane buttons.

For FPS games, I would suggest the Gamesir T4 Cyclone Pro

@@carreraluu Sorry I can't test fps games. I don't play fps games on platforms that is supported by gamesir t3s, this only works on switch, pc, android and ios. Not compatible on playstation platforms.

This gamepad can play honkai star rail on android because the game itself isn't recognize gamepad very well I have logitech f310 wired controller and it isn't detecting gamepad and I don't have any alternative so I hope this one can work with the game
I discovered that recently. Putting the gamesir t3s on iOS pairing mode is xbox controller and pair it on android. All buttons work, even Select button works for map shortcut and pressing L2/Left Trigger activates the Ultimates.

@@sibermak6136 Nothing in particular, nothing can beat it at this price point. And I notice the comments here really want a dualshock 4 layout. Though if you save up, you can get the newer T4 Cyclone Pro. I have a video testing that on HSR here:

Hello again I get the controller and try to do ios(Xbox controller) mode think but even the device get connected it isn't working how did you connect the controller in ios mode to android in first place

USB dongle should work, it works as a standard usb wired controller.
