Thank you sir. It’s September 2024 and your 6 year old video was exactly what I was looking for. The brick part was my favorite since I bought this cleaning product today to clean a very mildew/dirty brick wall tomorrow morning and I wanted to see other people’s results. Great video!!!! + new subscriber.
okay i used pressure washer for years on vinyl deck and would have to go over and over ...but i tried 30 seconds and i simply had to hose down after 15 minutes....took about 1/4 of the time and cleaned better....i found the pressure washer did not get all the dirt out of recessed areas of the vinyl deck unless i went over 3 or 4 times.....and i was tired after using the pressure washer.....30 seconds is wonderful
I discovered this product about 2 years ago, and think it is the best on market - it contains an enzyme as well as bleach, and now is the only outdoor cleaner I use....
Jnak 0919 Hi, whatever you’re using as a cleaning agent, add a good few squirts of Dawn. It will become sudsy and actually help to lift off any dirt or algae. Don’t pour a whole bottle of Dawn in but like I said, a few good squirts will do. Take care.
Favorite part of entire video, “ok now i’ve applied 30 Second cleaner, im gonna let it sit for about 15 mins”. Huh?? What?? Its 30 Second cleaner, not 15 min cleaner. Lol
And you're actually close to right. You just don't want it to totally dry. It will keep going deeper into the surface because of the Surfactant in it. But stops working when it dries. And a bit tougher to rinse to.
I DOES contain bleach but it also contains TSP. You can make up a similar concoction with household bleach and TSP but the savings really aren't that much. If your cleaning needs are 1-2 gallons then the cost savings aren't worth the extra effort IMO.

One of the best products on the market, it will do a incredible job getting the green off of the North side of a house's siding. I leave it on for about 1 minute if it's a heavily soiled area or item. Can't say enough good about it, Love Love Love it.
Great vid but you could have done the same thing with just the pressure washer especially a gas pressure washer. I get the same results with diluted bleach for half the cost and no pressure washer
This stuff works! Either mixed like he shows, or from the hose end sprayer that comes with the smaller bottle. It’s not cheap, but it will clean all your outdoor things! It’s called 30 seconds for a reason. 30 seconds is all it takes. Anything left behind can be easily wiped or brushed away.
looks good, is it safe to use around flower beds etc ? We have a stained (oil based) white picket fence around 3 sides of front yard, It has major algae staining , should i use this stuff and tarp over the flower beds?
of course its gonna work with a pressure washer heck you dont even need cleaner most of the time with a pressure washer i want to see if it works with a regular hose
I used regular simple green on my boat, house siding, haven’t tried it on wood. But simple green for house siding, fiberglass and cars (diluted). Works great. That 30 second stuff is bleach based. Simple green is environmentally friendly. The friendliest. Works great. Won’t kill plants animals or pollute the water. Try it!
You try 30 Seconds. It works on Everything. And perfectly safe around everything too. Least has been in my 30+ years of use. Even have friends that own a Kubota Dealership. They use to use simple green, and other products on their rental, and trade-in equipment... Use to 😂 And once mixed, used and rinsed. You are left with a small fraction of A PERCENTAGE of any residual bleach. But, whatever works for you 🤗
Just FYI. This product "30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner" is simply overpriced ordinary household laundry bleach (sodium hypochlorite), with a dash of surfactant added (sodium metasilicate... main ingredient in cheap dishwasher powder).
This product does clean dirt and algae very well. The product states that it will not kill grass, shrubs and other vegetation in the flower beds that receive run-off of the cleaning solution. This statement is true that it's won't kill your plants, but I found it will stunt their growth and development for two to three years due to soil contamination. A rose bush that has typically produced 30 flower blooms, now produces 6 to 12 blooms. Other perennials, that previously grew 16 inches tall each year, only reach a height of 8 to 12 inches for the next 2 years after the cleaning treatment. They may resume regular bloom and growth after 3 years.

I have to call BULLSHIT!!! Why did you use a pressure washer if that stuff is so great??!!! The pressure washer would have done the job by itself. RIPOFF!!!!
I do not think that is a fair example. The pressure washer by itself would be able to remove most the dirt, algae and moss on any of your examples. Using a hose with normal house pressure would be a better example for the product.
It's smarter to pressure wash with no chemicals and then spray pool chlorine on once or twice with no need to rinse it off. This way you don't kill yours or the neighbors plants. If you spray chemicals first, the pressure washing later will put bleach all over yours and the neighbors yard. These bleach solutions do kill plants. There is no need to buy these expensive chemicals. You can use them but don't rinse. Been doing this for over 20 years. Even if the fence is torn a little the customer will love it. Spraying Bleach at the end really brightens it up.
LN LaLawn I would use 15 to 20% pool chlorine 80 to 85% water. You can also add a cup of some other chemical like purple Power or Simple Green found at Walmart. Just don't rinse. Only use this solution after you wash with the pressure washer to brighten it up. It's okay to wet the fence twice.
Yes, this stuff works wonders. What Bob doesn't tell you in the video is how much you have to use to get good results, and how expensive that is going to be. Works fast and easy on hard surfaces - my lawnchairs were a snap for instance. But I wanted to do my deck - 8 year old cedar with some pretty good black mold on it. I was impressed with how well Bob cleaned up his fence. Now I know that to get them that clean he probably used 1/4 of a gallon bottle on just those 5 or 6 slats. I did a 450 sq ft deck and 4 lawnchairs and I wanted them to look great for an upcoming wedding, so I kept going back to the store and getting another bottle and another and another. $190 worth in the end to get pretty good results. That's edging into the kind of money that I could have just hired a pro guy for. So, good product, WAY expensive for larger projects.
Used it to clean the house. Pretty good.let it sit for 3 min. Spraying 2 or 3 times. Scrub with brush. Its like new! Just make sure to wear googles and gloves. Pants. Longlseeve. Will use again! Note. Kills worms hardcore. Harms grass unless you rinse reslly well while going.
FYI. Using a pressure washer completely invalidates the test of 30 second cleaner. You should have used a garden hose, that would actually tell us how effective this product is, instead of how good your GAS pressure washer is.
Your landlord sure doesn't do much to care for the property you rent. If I were you, I would be looking to rent somewhere else from someone that cares about the property.
It will work great on a Vinyl fence. I cleaned one for a customer earlier this year. It says on the container that it is safe for grass and plants but I always cover plants and bushes with a small tarp and I wet the grass before I spray any chemical. I've never had a problem with 30 second cleaner
Naa,.. It Won't. And why so many have to clean with their pressure washer so often. And hope they don't Blow their Surfaces Apart. 30 Seconds has a Surfactant that allows it to Penetrate Surfaces. Want same results without pressure washer? Use pool shock (SH) 10 %, mix with water 3/1. A fairly convoluted experiment. Was it the solution or was it the pressure washer that made the difference? Twenty years ago I lived in a community that was seemingly built on red clay. Every house was stained red from the rain splashing the ground soil onto the bottom few feet of the house as it fell from the roof. Each year I used the bleach/vinegar solution sprayed on the bricks and then rinsed with a garden hose and nozzle for pressure. Perfect on the mold, like 30 second was for you, and 75% effective on the red clay. Pressure washer bumped the effectiveness up to probably 85-90%.
