    I used to get nausating debilitating headaches in my jaws and top of my head. After doing these exercises regularly for 2-3 years, I get the headaches much less frequently and when I do, they are not debilitating. I am much more aware now if when my jaws are getting tight, so at a stop light, waiting in the car, before bed. I just massage them out. So helpful! Love this video!

    These exercises were more difficult than I thought, there were times I was worried if it was even safe but at the end my jaw opens smoother now. Gonna try to do this regularly before I go to sleep. Thank you so much ♥️

      @@mikepaquette1245 Yes, it did. As I mentioned, my jaw was released after the first try and with regular practise it feels much better. Now I mostly do it when I'm stressed and that's enough for me

      @@ipek4862 amazing. Did you have to do the inner mouth ones as well? I’m hoping this can save my teeth. Do you wear a guard or no need now?

      @@mikepaquette1245 I stopped wearing my guard because of some orthodontic issues. At the time I was still clenching my jaw and I found the video as a way to protect my teeth as well. I do the intra oral bit once a week or two weeks. They are uncomfortable to do but equally rewarding

    I rarely comment on videos and I never watched a massage video before, but my jaws were so sore for the past few weeks and after doing these exercises it’s almost totally better! Thank you so much I’m amazed how much this helps

    Hi! I clench my teeth at night and at times in the morning, my jaw is so sore and tight! I gave my first attempt at this video and I have to say my jaw is definitely more relaxed but the bocal massages was not easy! Thank you.

    yup, I'm a clencher, my orthodontist was stunned at how strong my jaw muscles are, cant wait to do this

      do you wear retainers and does it stop teeth grinding or not. I have a clear retainer only on the bottom teeth and since getting my braces out I feel pain in my jaw and ear do you think I put too much pressure on my retainer. Thank a lot

      @@sofluffyunicorn ohhh i forgot to say that now that the braces are off you have to wear retainers forever, yes forever cause teeth will always move, when i had my braces removed i wore my retainer for a couple of years and stopped, we were never told back then our teeth would move, some peoples teeth will even move back to the original position, crazy, so relaxing with your retainer is important for you

    Thank you! I have tried a lot of things for bruxism, including botox. Botox helped for about a month before I was back to pain and tension. This helped so much after just one session. I'll keep it up!

    I clench my jaw because of stress and it can also give me migraines. This helped provide some relief, tysm!

      I know you said you were "on the verge of getting a mouth guard" but it would still be a good idea to get a mouth guard if you clench or grind your teeth - they are inexpensive & can prevent expensive dental procedures that you could possibly need in future, if your condition is severe.

    i did this for the first time just now and my jaw does feel a little less tense! im gonna continue doing these exercises every day and see if it makes a difference with my clenching/grinding.

    Oh my GODDDDDD I have such horrible chronic stress and I can never get my jaw to relax. It's ALWAYS super tense and tight, but THIS, I have only used this video once but this is gonna be a whole new routine :D

    This is magic! I haven’t been able to open my jaw to eat an apple and I’ve just followed you with this massage and the difference is amazing!! Thank you!!
    Can we maybe see any massage that would help with reoccurring sinusitis? I already do massage but I’m wondering if there is something a little deeper that may help keep the drainage free from infection.

    Hello Ksenija! I'm so grateful for this and all the other massages. I just have a quick question. When it comes to TMJ massages, both you and others I've watched seem to smoothly glide your fingers over your cheek. However, I find it difficult to do this myself. I have bumps of varying sizes, and it feels like a knot in my jaw muscles. I hope I’m making sense. Because of this, I’m unable to perform the massage properly. My fingers get caught as I try to glide over the area. Can you help me with it? Thanks in advance

    Here’s a tip I use regularly
    A cup of moderate hot tea and blow up the cheek with tea in the mouth at the aching side and hold and press back in the mouth

    I have been FREAKING out bc my face shape appeared to have changed slightly. Figured out it was due to jaw clenching , did this exercise and my jaw never felt so FREEEE. Hope this can help my face go back to normal !! Thank you for this!

    Although jaw massage/exercise and posture exercises helped ease my jaw pain a bit it didn't stop me grinding/clenching at night. I started doing TRE (tension trauma release exercises by David Berceli) 2 months ago for 10-15 mins daily and it seems to have stopped me grinding my teeth at night. I have had no TMJ/teeth pain for past 2 months. I had jaw surgery 25 years ago and I wear a hard night guard - but I was not able to stop the bruxism (which has resulted in 3 cracked teeth, tooth pain and headaches). Highly recommend anyone suffering to try TRE, I didn't think it would work for me but boy am I glad i gave it a go. It is so great to not have pain all day long

    i go to dentist tomorrow, im in bad pain freaking hurts, i got a mouth guard im trying. I woke up with sore jaw, hurts after chewing. Either i think my might is off or its bruxism. I had a manual dental cleaning a week ago before it all started. im taking sensitive toothpaste

      I am not really massaging my face in this video. It is mostly exercises or massage inside of the mouth. It’s up to you what you want to do. But as I don’t use any oil and don’t massage around the face- I choose to have some make up on. Feel free not to wear any :)

    wow , I’ve had pain on my left side of my jaw for yeaarsss. And once I did this I felt no pain afterwards 😭 my jaw also cracks when I open it but this helped with that. Thank you so much for this 🥲
