Eric, would you or have you already done a playthrough of the Battle ror Dresden 1813 game that was put out by New England Simulations in 1995? I recently purchased this game from NES. It appears to have a smaller footprint than the games in the La Bataille series. There is a 28-page rulebook, 400 counters on two sheets, and a 22 x 33 inch map. This might allow you to accomplish a playthrough in just a few sessions.
The La Bataille games really do have a beautiful table presence.
Hi Jeff. Indeed they are a thing of beauty!
🎉great seeing you safe travels
Thanks Mark. Great to meet you in person too.

William, I do not have that game, so I can't comment on it.
