Im a huge ex-Big Brother fan, but was never the biggest fan of locked in. In saying that, I think the Sidemen crew cooked for their first ever experimental reality show. I ended up liking the cast, or at the very least, tolerating some of them by the end. There are flaws for sure. But for a first season, i think they did well.
I think a 14 day season is warranted, but they would have to change alot of things. Imagine a finale where all the evicted guests vote for the winner. Or there’s somebody pretending to be an influencer, who is just a Side+ member, WHO has a twin they are switching between secretly. An actual Sidemen mole/plant would be peak
i used to love big brother!! i think they cooked too and most of the cast was enjoyable in the end. theyll deff learn from s1 and make it even better

Really enjoyed this show. Only thing that kinda bothered me was there maybe should have been some sort of punishment for bad behavior (like Locked In with the prison) so it would keep some people that don't care about the money at least a little bit in check. Maybe they thought voting was gonna do that job but weren't expecting the contestants to not care about the money spending as long as they loved the person doing it. Also didn't like that revealing secrets challlenge a bit. The stuff that you weren't remembering was actually like stuff that only made it to the Side+ extended versions and most of us that only watch the public one didn't have context. I feel like it should have all been about the stuff that made it to the public version.
it all depends on what the sidemen want i think - there are plenty of people who i think liked rhe randomness and way they did it. i lean more towards truly competitive shows and yes things like punishments for people who dont care/try. itll be interesting to see what route they go next season

This is why i would love if they did this show with the side+ members, they would try to be more strict with spending. And the sidemen could give the house members sabotage tasks to spend money with out the rest of the house knowing, and if they don't... or get caught... they lose money.

Honestly Ginge and Specs were in my bottom tier list of favourites can't lie. I really hope people realise how tremendously recency biased they are.
My reasoning for them not being favourites to win are- Firstly they didn't gave a shit about the money, secondly they dont need it, Ginge is one of uk's biggest streamer and i dont think I have to tell you about Specs (Cindy literally searched his net worth being 3 million). I just dont get it how Specs redeemed him? I don't see any redemption. I mean cindy literally hated the guts of specs more than Brev after day 2 (any sane person would) then I'm just wondering wtf's changed?
That old man's reasoning to vote out Leah and Joe was personal AF, then that mf said dont take it personal? They were literally playing the game the most fairly. It's not their fault that the others didn't gave a shit right? It just created unbalanced alliances in the house. Ginge's reason for voting out Leah was justified so that's fine. Joe (everyone's favourite) literally said how Specs was getting on his nerves unnecessary and everyone forgot about the joke he made about Joe's break up? If the viewers like me who got pissed off by all the spending. Question to you- how can you like specs, he's literally the most annoying spender. Also though the duo of Ginge and him was funny but there was no trust between them, Specs never missed a chance to blame Ginge, he literally talked shit behind Ginge's back! And finally when Ginge voted himself out, all fake tears were coming out? That man has a maturity of a 5 year old and that's not funny.
I was literally cheering after that old mf was eliminated in the 2nd-last challenge. I mean even in this episode, Liv was so sweet and apologizing after his elimination. He didn't gave a shit, instead gave all the blame on her. I'm honestly fine with the winners just as Cindy (They were far from being my favourites) cz THEY atleast needed the money! Also imo Chloe and Manrika were a far better duo than Ginge and Specs in terms of trusting each other and not bitching behind backs. I mean how can we forget specs talking shit behind Ginge's back so many times. Am I the only one watching the show guys? cz I'm losing my mind.
Lastly dont know how others think about specs, I just think he's an old mf you liked sweets, didn't even found him that funny (Ginge was funnier), got a maturity of a kid. That is embarrassing.
theres too much to type out here but ill cover a few things. i only "supported" specs bc he did change his tune and try to spend less not to mention essentially everyone besides nife had spent a ton of money by day 4. i mentioned how i gave up on people winning alot of money or even deserving to win by day 4 as well, the game was simply not competitive at all. that helped change my perspective on the house guests personally.
im not gonna go follow any of these people, besides ginge. i liked specs relationship w/ ginge & i thought in the end he was just playing a character. i think you may have misunderstood specs a little bit, hes a troll and nothing between him and ginge was real beef. that man 100% loves ginge lol
