I love amber and im sad to see her go, but we saw lana gordon back then, the new persephone who was her alternate, and damn... she delivers. What a powerhouse aswell
there was also a standing ovation for her when everyone walks on stage at the beginning! (and lots of little extra applause for persephone throughout the show)
I'm sad you couldn't put the song in bc her last "goodnight" was 5 thousand emotions at once. Sad, grateful, emotional, joyful and just full of love for this character that she literally brought to life through so many iterations. I started bawling on the spot.

I saw Hadestown last week knowing nothing going in about the play or the actors. I immediately came away thinking Eva and Amber were two strongest singers in the show. So glad I got to see it while Amber Gray was still acting in it.

I am lucky enough to have seen her perform back in September and I even tried to go see her again the beginning of February although she wasn’t in the show. She is simply amazing and irreplaceable and although the show will go on and the one replacing her is amazing because I’ve seen her Amber is simply the best and we raise our cups to her always!
It's a wonderful cast in a wonderful show, but she was really just very special. I find it hard to imagine someone else doing the character, but there's a ton of talent and personality out there. I wish her great luck in her Future!

The actress on tour is AMAZING!! I've not seen Amber Gray but Kimberly delivers big time. I believe she was understudy on broadeay

Musical theatre makes life worth living
I saw her 6 times on Broadway in Hadestown what a performance she was incredible
Amber is so awesome! She truly embodied her character like she was born for that role. Love you Amber!!!

We saw the matinee yesterday. We were bummed we didn't get the final show, but the energy was still amazing!
