Great job dude!! I’ve never done the corner trims like that but I will in the future!

I love your channel and the high tech trim tips. In the future videos, could you explain what you’re doing along the way and why? I understand this channel is probably to highlight your revolutionary products and that part is awesome, just would love more tutorials since you are also a top notch craftsman. If you notice, most brake demonstrations by people like Vanmark and Tapco, they take a short piece of metal, make a corner post for example, and move so fast, sometimes it’s hard to process and it’s not reality. I love your “JUST BEND” product but waiting for the brake to come out hoping it will incorporate all your products in one package, or we can get the brake with an accessory package that has what we need.
At this point I’m just using my brake/brakes for personal and volunteer projects for friends, but with your brake/accessories, I would consider doing some for pay.
I’m amazed how creative some people are, like you wrapping this post using glue/double sided tape, and with the just-bend, it’s so fast that even me moving slower these days, I could make a showing, lol. Any update on the brake?

thank you for your comment Jerry,
I will try and do more talking on the future posts, the brake is scheduled for early 2022, just like everything else it seems there has been delays with supplies which delayed the R&D but we are getting there and taking the necessary steps to product development. We will offer our different brake models in a ''bare'' version (with no accessories) and a fully loaded version (with all our accessories) and every other option in between! we are eager to get that going!

What kind of tapco brake is this? I’m planning to buy a hd tapco pro thinking it will bend thicker metal without damaging the brake. I have a tapco pro 19 but it got damaged when I tried to bend a thick Metal.

Hi Maynor, this is a MAX XL , if you're willing to wait a few months we'll be starting to sell our new modular brakes (with a heavy duty model) shipping out at the end of spring/early summer. They should be up for presale on our website at 25% off next week!
May i ask what damaged on your pro19 and what material and thickness you were trying to bend?

Does this video have sound? Because of the shadow and dark metal I cannot tell how this joints or makes a seam.

    • @innovatoolsinc

No it does not, that's the whole goal to not see any seam;) which seam are you looking for? Which part?

Watch at the 3min30secs mark and the 6min40secs mark, just 2 pieces latching over and then the L trims with double bends getting glued on on all 4 corners!
